I honestly can’t recommend Dr Neil and the whole team at HRS highly enough. I first found HRS last year as I wanted some advice about a misaligned tooth. Being in my forties, I wasn’t sure whether having braces was something I would actually go ahead with, and as someone who has always had a real fear of dentists, I was also very nervous about going somewhere new. From my very first appointment, Dr Neil, Rebecca and the whole team were absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns and never once made me feel embarrassed or anxious. Before my ceramic braces were fitted, I needed some dental work, including a root canal. I was absolutely dreading it, but Dr Neil was so calm and reassuring that I genuinely barely knew it was happening! For someone with a fear of dentists, that was a huge thing for me. After just 8 months, I’ve now had my ceramic braces removed and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. They are amazing — way beyond what I ever expected. I keep looking at my teeth and smiling! I’m so glad I decided to do this in my forties. It’s something I had been considering for a while, and I only wish I’d done it sooner. A huge thank you to Dr Neil, Rebecca and everyone at HRS for making the whole experience so positive and for giving me a smile I’m genuinely proud of. If you’re nervous about dentists, considering braces later in life, or simply wondering whether it’s worth doing — I really couldn’t recommend HRS more.

Just had a crown fitted and I can only say it was an extremely pleasant experience with no pain or discomfort whatsoever. Emma, who fitted the crown, and Rebecca, who assisted, were an excellent team and made me feel very relaxed. Both very bubbly and by far the best experience I have had at a dentist. I had braces and whitening with Neil at the practice. The process took around 18 months and was worth the wait. A professional, friendly practice and service throughout. My teeth are now straight and a lot whiter. I would highly recommend!

I’ve just finished treatment with new veneers and I genuinely love my new smile. Neil took time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable at every visit, and the results are better than I imagined. As my former dentist of 20+ years was retiring, I dreaded finding a replacement as he was a tough act to follow. But I needn’t have worried. Dr Neil more than lived up to expectations. He is a very capable and knowledgeable with a calm, friendly disposition. The practice is extremely clean and well run and the entire team at HRS are professional, endeavouring to make the experience a relaxing one. I initially came to HRS for a second opinion and I ended up staying! Dr Neil Harris took the time to listen to my concerns and then put together a video using scans he had taken of my teeth to outline several courses of possible treatments. Once I had made my decision the whole team worked to accommodate me with appointment times that were convenient to me. If I have any concerns they are able to get me back in to alleviate the issue. My appointments with Kerry (hygienist) have brought me back from the brink of gum disease. Everyone who works there is professional, kind and courteous. I am very happy with the outcome.

Neal is a wizard with my teeth ( 62 years young ) if there is a problem its sorted...nothing is cheap these days but the quality of work is superb. Kerry the teeth hygienist ...every six months I see her and I leave with much cleaner teeth and a lecture on brushing Great team all round Charles M
