I've just started using HRS, following a very intense pain in a tooth, I was booked in, very quickly and had my first check up to get an over view of my dental health. They sent me a detailed break down of all the treatment I'd need, needless to say it was an expensive list, due to nearly 10 years of no dental visits.
As a fully grown male, with an aversion to needles, dentists, or anything "medical", I have been incredibly apprehensive about getting work done, but the pain in one of my teeth, left me with no choice. Being told I needed a root canal as soon as possible, they booked me in very swiftly. Emma has been very good at keeping me calm, comfortable and at ease through the process so far, and has been great at informing me of what's happening, why, when, options, risks, etc. as someone who hates visiting dentists, I can honestly say, I've never had such a pleasant, easy experience. I can't thank Emma and the rest of the team, enough.
As a professional dentist hater, I can't recommended the team at HRS enough!
