I have to say the service I received was top notch. Eithne Fyfe, ably assisted by Ami her nurse, efficiently and effectively explained the options and process brilliantly. The whole mouth X-ray really helped with the diagnosis and planning the treatment. The treatment itself was effectively carried out and finally the after care was outstanding. Thank you Ami. All in all brilliant service, couldn’t recommend them enough.

I came here for a consultation and retainer. Ben Cross is the friendliest, most enthusiastic and funny dentist I've ever met! (he's an orthodontist of course, all orthodontists being dentists). Coming to this practice was a giggle, even when I got the retainer stuck I was still laughing 😁

Exceptional care for our 2 year old daughter who had an infected tooth which needed to be removed. Rebecca made her relaxed and at ease enough to have a local anaesthetic to get the job done - which is no easy task with a toddler! We were very happy with the whole experience. Before choosing Bristol Dental Specialists I had been told by 3 others dentists that I needed braces. I was extremely nervous about having braces (heading into my early 30's) but after my first consultancy call with Ben, I felt right at ease and I knew I was in safe hands. 1.5 years later the braces are off and I couldn't recommend Ben and team enough! I had exceptional care throughout with regular checkups and the customer service was always top notch, very friendly and highly skilled with dentistry knowledge. I would highly highly recommend!!

I had a consultation and oral surgery for the removal of a molar yesterday. I was greeted in a very pleasant manner by the receptionist and shown to the dental surgery where I met my oral surgeon and practice nurse both of whom were extremely kind, professional and friendly, taking great care to put me up my ease. The procedure was carried out in a very careful manner and I am thrilled to say that I have very little post operative discomfort despite being several stitches. Based on this, I would wholeheartedly recommend Bristol Dental Specialists.

As someone who is nervous of the dentist I couldn’t recommend BDS enough! Dr Sherry is the kindest and most patient dentist, she made me feel so comfortable at every appointment and went out of her way to make sure I was happy. The receptionists are also very lovely & friendly. Forever grateful to Sherry and the team here as I am over the moon with my smile now!! Thank you.

I was referred to see Ben Cross by my regular dentist when I plucked up the courage to get my teeth "fixed" as a maturer patient! I've not looked back .. Great service, amazing care by all at BDS as well as the outcome I have been longing for, for so long! Would I do it again? Most definitely.

An excellent experience from initial consultation through to final check up. Dr A. Watts is so professional, calm and friendly which puts you at ease. He suggested we listen to music of my choice during more invasive treatment and I felt so comfortable with all the staff through each procedure here. They even helped accomodate my teaching hours when booking appointments. I would genuinely recommend this dentist to anyone but particularly those who are anxious about seeing their dentist.

On arrival at the Dentist we were welcomed and greeted by your Receptionist in a most friendly manner . Having had several visits the treatment I have received from Adrian Watts has always been excellent , as being a very nervous patient he has always made me feel so relaxed . His assistant nurse Farouk also greeted us and had a most friendly manner . My most recent visit was with Cianna a periodontist and the treatment received was excellent . I would have no hesitation in recommending anybody for treatment at the Bristol Dental Specialists thank you

Superb treatment. I had root canal done an hour ago. I was well informed about it, then relaxed to the best playlist. Needless to say, zero pain, only comfort and pleasure. Like going to a spa.

After years of longing for straight teeth & wanting braces but being apprehensive about the whole thing, I decided to take the leap and start my journey in 2021 and I am so glad I did! From start to finish, every member of the team have been so kind, so professional and so accommodating to every need. From swapping appointments due to my random shift patterns to the actual care for my teeth, nothing has been too much trouble. Beth was my orthodontist and she was amazing - my teeth are perfect and she was so friendly every time I saw her, putting me completely at ease at every appointment. If you’re considering any kind of dental/orthodontic work, I couldn’t recommend this place enough (and have done to many of my friends & family!!). Thank you for giving me my smile that I’m no longer self conscious about showing off! :)

I had booked a consultation with Eithne Fyfe because my own dentist told me the only solution to my problem was an extraction. I had no previous experience of dental specialists and therefore chose at random. I was initially very happy they could see me straight away. From then on everyone was so friendly and reassuring. And when I met with Eithne I realised how experienced she was and decided to go ahead. She was gentle and efficient, reassuring and so kind. Just what you need when confronted with a potentially frightening event. I can categorically recommend this practice. Thank you again Eithne. 😊

I started my braces journey with Ben Cross back in August 2021 and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! I just want to thank Ben and the team for the continued support and patience throughout my treatment plan. Ben is very honest, kind and very knowledgeable about his job! Questions were always answered, I was always in the loop with my treatment plan, reception desk team were great! (The list could go on!!) I could not recommend Bristol Dental Specialists enough - a five star service. Ben Cross was my dentist and he was so accommodating to my situation: I wanted to do Invisalign but during a year where I was travelling lots for work and not in Bristol regularly. They set me up with a small scanner so I could send photos remotely each week and Ben would respond within a few hours to update me on progress (whether I could move on to my next retainer or if I needed to stay on my current one for a day or two longer). Ben also helped me sort a scan out in Houston at one point! The team there were always on hand to answer any questions - really happy with the the results and the service.

I can not thank Ben Cross enough for the amazing treatment and service he provided throughout and after my Invisalign Journey. I have had so many compliments about my teeth post treatment and this is all down to Ben and his professionalism and experience working with Invisalign. Although my Invisalign journey was longer than expected, I am so happy and grateful to Ben for the end result.
