Great service and staff! Had my Invisalign treatment with Monkmoor and it was such a smooth easy process

After years of considering whether to have Invisalign treatment I took the plunge and invested in my smile. The best decision I have made! Amazing treatment from start to finish. The end result is outstanding. Absolutely recommend Monkmoor Dental practice.

I have always been very worried about going to the dentist but I have no problem with Monkmoor dentist at all. I have had Invisalign and composite bonding which look amazing! Can’t thank them all enough. Receptionists are so friendly and welcoming. We always have a laugh which puts me at ease. Tracey and Steph have been brilliant with my Invisalign made the process so easy. Amit and Tayib have done amazing with my Invisalign and composite bonding, my teeth look fantastic and I get lots of compliments! The dental nurse are so friendly and put me at ease. Can’t thank them all enough.

An Amazing Practice start to finish. Clean, professional and the team in reception are so welcoming! I’m a nervous patient myself but I’ve built such a friendship and report with the staff , I know im completely taken care of every time. I’ve been for so many different treatments and always been happy and thankful for their time and skills. But today was next level !! My son (who’s on the spectrum) had to have some work done and the treatment he received was nothing but exceptional and genuinely whole heartedly caring. James ( dentist ) did such a fantastic job with him , precise and timely so my son wasn’t in the chair for longer than needed. He also explained things patiently and cracked a few little jokes to help settle his nerves. Chloe was his dental nurse, all I can say is this lady is worth her weight in Gold. She took the time to explain the tools , noises and reassured my son on how well he was doing regularly. The whole experience was above and beyond! If you’re wanting an Exceptional Experience, Monkmoor Dental is the place!

The team took the time to explain everything in detail, which really helped me feel confident about starting the treatment. All my life, I avoided smiling or showing my teeth because I was so self-conscious. My teeth went inwards, and I had a gummy smile that I hated. But thanks to Dr. Amit and the team, everything has changed. Dr. Amit was fantastic — professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. Now, I can smile and laugh without feeling embarrassed, and that’s something I never thought would be possible. I finally feel confident and happy with my smile. I was with another practice privately and on a plan but after struggling to access appointments (including an emergency one) I went to Mookmoor Dental Practise. I was seen the same day and had the tooth removed. James and his dental nurse were super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the get go. James was knowledgeable, gave good advice/recommendions and kind. The dental nurse was a complimentary side kick with a great sense of humour!! I joined the practise that day and dental plan without hesitation. Thanks for the best dental appointment I've had in years!!! 🙂

Would highly recommend. The staff are always friendly and on hand to help. After recently having Invisalign, Amit was amazing and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and managed to fix my botched job filing of teeth done by another dentist many years ago.

I highly recommend Monkmoor dental practice. I had a car accident which fractured my front tooth and had to be removed, this was replaced with an implant. Farid did the tooth extraction and implant and he put me at ease throughout all my appointments at the practice. During this time I also had Invisalign to get the perfect alignment, Amit and the team were so helpful throughout my plan and I’m so happy with the end results. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone wanting an implant or Invisalign treatment, they really care and have a very personable approach which is so nice.

Although the receptionists are kind and friendly, my experience with the dentists at this clinic has been disappointing. I’ve seen two different dentists here, and neither seemed confident or knowledgeable in their work. I recently had a filling done that was poorly executed and has caused me ongoing pain. Additionally, they were unable to address my other dental issues, which has significantly affected my quality of life. I do not recommend this place. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is to ensure this review gets noticed.

I recently visited Monkmoor Dental Practice for a tooth extraction, and I can't praise the team enough. I was very nervous going in, but Tayib and Chloe put me at ease immediately. Tayib took the time to explain each step of the process, which really helped calm my nerves. During the procedure, Chloe was incredibly attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable and supported throughout. They were both highly professional and genuinely compassionate. Couldn’t have hoped for a better service! After my mum knocked a front tooth out when falling over she was seen very quickly and her anxiety around attending the dentist was managed with the utmost kindness and professionalism. She was seen by Tayib and Chloe over the course of 3 visits to address the damaged tooth and they demonstrated so much care, provided her with all the necessary information and answered any questions whilst putting her at ease with their friendly and upbeat manner. Very grateful to have found this practice!

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Monkmoor dental practise. I went from having quite crooked overcrowded teeth to having a perfect white smile in just over a year. The team are available and accessible easily over the phone and the whitening was a brilliant touch to finishing off my invisalign treatment. Monkmoor dental practice my visit today was to have an extraction, last one I had 20 + yrs ago was horrendous so I was really apprehensive. I started my Invisalign treatment in April 2023, and given the fact I had 2 veneers at the front, I was sceptical it would work. Monkmoor Dental Practice were very thorough, and completed additional scans to ensure my front teeth were strong enough. The invisalign braces worked exactly the way they should, and I replaced my 15 year old veneers at the end of the treatment, I am really happy with the result. Monkmoor Dental Practice were brilliant throughout the whole process. They kept in regular contact with several appointments, and made sure I knew what to expect at every stage. The costs were laid out after the initial consultation, and there were no additional hidden charges. Great service from start to finish and really professional looking finish.

What can I say? I'm over the moon with my new upper denture, my dentist James listened to my wishes of what I would like my upper denture to look like so together we created the perfect denture with his expertise and dental knowledge and my guidance.They are extremely comfortable I only had them yesterday and I can honestly say I won't need any alterations they are so comfortable, all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and make you feel relaxed thank you to all at Monkmoor dental practice I will definitely be back and especially to James who made my perfect denture.

Having put off going to the dentist form over 10 years. I fineally found the courage to go. My dentist James and his dental nurse Sophie are amazing. They both made me feel comfortable and explained everything. They work amazing as a team with good communication. I’ve now had 2 filling and didn’t feel a thing. The reception ladies are very knowledgeable and polite.

Always accommodating, personable and professional. Amat is my usual practitioner, however, on occasion I have had the pleasure of Kellie with Aimee supporting. Can't fault any of them and the reception team are always polite & courteous.

Where to begin?! I am an EXTREMELY nervous patient, but was forced into a situation with the pain in my teeth that I had to call and make an appointment somewhere and I am so happy I have found this practice. I called up on Friday, explained my situation and from the moment my call was taken, through the the end of my appointment, the care, respect and treatment I received was incredible. To give context on how nervous I am, I have fainted whilst being in a dentist office before, but from when I walked in, every person I met, from the reception team, through to Kellie and Tayib were beyond amazing. Tayib, was kind, listened to me and was very reassuring, explaining everything that needed to happen but took time to ask me questions and respected what I saying which meant we worked through the whole process together. They gave me the time and the space to get through each aspect of the appointment, as well as keeping me as calm as I could be. I can not give any higher praise to both of them for their work, care and dedication to getting me through the treatment I needed. A lot of people who haven't cared for the teeth as they should, fear a lot of judgement (myself included) but I experience none of that, just understanding and patience and thanks to everyone I encountered on Friday, I have had the courage to call up and make another appointment with them, to hopefully start the process of making a plan for the rest of my teeth. I have full faith in them as a practice and emplore any nervous patient to call of visit. You won't regret it. Thank you Tayib and Kellie for not only getting me out of pain, wiping my many tears away but giving me the confidence to come back.
