This was my first appointment at Synergy in Biddulph. I have not visited a dentist for 3 years and was absolutely petrified. As I sat in the waiting room I even contemplated leaving. I was seen for my check up by Amelia who was just the most lovely dentist. She explained every step of the way what she was doing and why. I can honestly say I have never had such a thorough examination and honestly never felt a thing. Every visit starts with the fantastically friendly and helpful Hayley on the front desk, and then it's over to one of the dentists/hygienists, all of which are brilliant. I've had several fillings with them over the years and they always take the time to make sure it's just right for you. My dental health has improved so much, to the point that they even recommended I move to a cheaper plan because I don't need checkups as regularly! They're actually looking out for what's best for me and not looking for ways to make money off of me. I travel a fair bit out of my way to go there since I moved house because I just can't imagine anyone being anywhere near as good.

I have recently started having my dental treatments with Sunny. During my treatment I have had to have a Wisdom Tooth removed, I am a nervous dental patient and was dreading this experience!
Sunny was nothing short of amazing, he kept me comfortable and I was treated very well, he turned the music up louder in the treatment room so I didnβt hear the instruments or possible cracking of the affected tooth! He talked to me throughout the treatment, spoke every step of the procedure through and offered me plenty of rest breaks, he made a terrible experience for me much much better!

This dental practice is outstanding. I have used them for over 30 years and I have found the level of care to be impeccable - they really do care for my health, the focus is on preventative measures - but when you do need a restoration they do it with expertise and care - there is an attention to detail that is apparent in their work. Their service is personable, without being cringe worthy - there is no hard selling here, and restorations are fairly priced and explained well - there is a strategic cost benefit analysis that is applied to any major works. I find I get the treatment options that are necessary - there are options which are well justified. No one wants the expense or hassle / pain of dental treatment, so it is good to find a set of professionals who do their very best to avoid unnecessary treatments and act with professional integrity and who work with you to work out the best way of preserving ones dental hygiene and capability. Well done Richard and Co for for running an excellent health business.

I have just finished my teeth straitening process thanks to the team and Mr Armishaw at synergy dental. I am very happy with the outcome. It couldnβt be better. The orthocaps that I used were great, not painful, removable and best nearly invisible, could hardly tell I was using them. All in all the process took two years due to the large gaps I had but it has flown by and saw results so quick throughout the process. So glad that I decided to correct my teeth this way, it was straight forward and had great support and communication throughout from the team. A very big thank you!

A few months back, before I joined synergy I couldn't even sit in the chair. I would need to be sedated via an IV just for a scale and polish. I set myself a 12 month goal of being able to have a scale and polish without sedation. Within 2 months I've had it done without sedation and a separate appointment for 3 fillings - without sedation. I literally never thought this could happen and it's all down to how friendly and professional they are - excellent with nervous patients! Your confidence is their first priority. Can't recommend highly enough
