Can't think of a single bad thing to say about Synergy. Always friendly and brilliant service. Every visit starts with the fantastically friendly and helpful Hayley on the front desk, and then it's over to one of the dentists/hygienists, all of which are brilliant. I've had several fillings with them over the years and they always take the time to make sure it's just right for you. My dental health has improved so much, to the point that they even recommended I move to a cheaper plan because I don't need checkups as regularly! They're actually looking out for what's best for me and not looking for ways to make money off of me. I travel a fair bit out of my way to go there since I moved house because I just can't imagine anyone being anywhere near as good.

I needed to find a dentist that made me feel very comfortable and with no judgment after a traumatic time before at another dentist. I haven't been to a dentist in quite a long time so am very embarrassed by my teeth. I was recommended synergy and iam so glad I chose them. Everyone I have come into contact with at the practise have been so lovely, kind and welcoming! Dr Ajay didn't make me feel embarrassed with my teeth he put me onto the right path to get my teeth great again. Angela is so lovely, you can just tell that she's a kind person both in and outside of the practise. I would recommend synergy to everyone. I think spending the time and the money on your teeth and health is so worth it when you go to a place that makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. Ajay has done a great job replacing a very old filling covering it with a new 'overlay' over a couple of appointments. I chose not to have a anaesthetic, which is my preference to avoid the 'additives', so I guess the pressure was on for Ajay! I was comfortable throughout with several checks that I was okay within each appointment. I am extremely happy with the results! Everyone I have encountered at Synergy Dental are great, and Ajay did an amazing job...thank you, Ajay! 👍 I don't have any photo's, but there are photo's of the problem and the evidence of the great result on my file. I wanted to thank Richard for a pain free experience yesterday. I normally find the anaesthetic causes my heart to race quite a lot and it makes me quite anxious. That has always been the case to date. Yesterday I didn't experience that at all which was absolutely wonderful and unexpected. Neither did I feel the injection at any point in my mouth! Richard really is a superb dentist and I trust him implicitly, he's very highly skilled and this is evident when you meet meet him. Thank you to the nurse who was wonderful, kind and very patient!!! I went here fully self conscious about my teeth. I'd had so many bad experiences with dentist in the past, one even broke my jaw extracting a tooth. Amelia W was amazing though, she reassured me constantly and you get the impression from her that she really enjoys what she does. This dental practice is outstanding. I have used them for over 30 years and I have found the level of care to be impeccable - they really do care for my health, the focus is on preventative measures - but when you do need a restoration they do it with expertise and care - there is an attention to detail that is apparent in their work. Their service is personable, without being cringe worthy - there is no hard selling here, and restorations are fairly priced and explained well - there is a strategic cost benefit analysis that is applied to any major works. I find I get the treatment options that are necessary - there are options which are well justified. No one wants the expense or hassle / pain of dental treatment, so it is good to find a set of professionals who do their very best to avoid unnecessary treatments and act with professional integrity and who work with you to work out the best way of preserving ones dental hygiene and capability. Well done Richard and Co for for running an excellent health business.

Visited this practice for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago and I must say, I was very impressed! I almost felt as if I may have accidentally paid for some sort of VIP/preferential treatment package. Everybody was super pleasant and helpful & even the owner took some time out to talk to me as the treatment coordinator wasn't available at the time. I now have the pleasure of having DR Amelia Wong as my dentist and I couldn't be happier. She was extremely professional, helpful & informative and even went that extra mile and sent me more advice via email after our appointment. The 1st appointment was around 1 hour and was a comprehensive 35 point dental assessment covering absolutely everything. I definitely hadn't experienced this level of attention to detail and state of the art equipment before. I was so impressed when I left, I recommended it to everyone that would listen :) I Initially only wanted the EMS Airflow treatment (google it) but after my pleasant first experience i'll definitely be staying. Hi I had an appointment this morning for my initial assessment, Monic Halau who is also a new'ish patient of yours had highly recommended your practice, I have to say how surprised I was, Your premises is so welcoming in how the whole surgery is presented but more importantly was the treatment and the way I was treated as a client/patient. Nicola and the dental assistant were so pleasant, polite, unrushed (WHICH IS SO IMPORTANT THESE DAYS), clear and accommodating to a couple of embarrassing issues too, it has to be the most comfortable I have EVER felt in any situation to do with medical type procedures or check ups etc, I can not believe how much confidence this has given me in continuing future treatment with you under the professional guidance of Nicola of course, to top it all, chatting with Nicola was an absolute pleasure, felt like we could go for a nice wine or coffee and chat all day or night lol....I doubt I will go anywhere else for my Dental needs again. Having been a patient at The Dental Practice with Mr Fee for many years, I was rather apprehensive after breaking a tooth, of the thought of a new, untried, unknown dentist carrying out the repair. My fears were unfounded as Dr Nicola Moore put me at ease from the first meeting of several appointments to assess, work out a plan of treatment, prepare the offending tooth in a 90 minute session, and finally fit the crown, taking the time at every stage to explain the work. - an excellent patient/dentist interaction. If at any stage she sensed, or I experienced any discomfort, she immediately stopped and took steps to prevent this. She explained, as I was interested, in the new method of how the scan was taken to create the 3D digital image to enable the crown to be made, without taking a physical impression, and then showed me before fitting the resultant crown and impression made from this scan All in all, I found Nicola to be a very confident and competent dentist who will be an excellent asset to the practice and become a favourite with patients. Perhaps the best compliment I can pay, is to say that over the past 50 years, I have been a patient of Mr Unsworth, Mr Quayle, Mr Hamilton and of course the excellent Mr Fee, and would have no hesitation in naming Nicola in this company ...thank you!

My first visit to Synergy last week. Very impressed. Nice, slick, but friendly organisation of the arrival and check in process. Impressive, up to date use of technology from the TV in the ceiling to watch from the dentist’s chair to the integrated X-ray display on large screen helping you to have a clear understanding of what is going on in your mouth. Best of all the calm, friendly people at the core, from Hayley that seemed genuinely happy to meet me at the door, to Mr Armishaw’s easy professionalism as the clinician. Highly recommended.

On my recent visit with Ang the therapist, for my hygiene appointment, I was very impressed with the greeting and organisation from Hayley on reception and the nurse Ellie who took my temperature and lead me to my appointment. Ang was very thorough, put me at ease and gave me very good advice going forward on my dental hygiene. The airflow treatment from Ang was brilliant, well explained and beneficial to me as I have a lot of dental work. A few months back, before I joined synergy I couldn't even sit in the chair. I would need to be sedated via an IV just for a scale and polish. I set myself a 12 month goal of being able to have a scale and polish without sedation. Within 2 months I've had it done without sedation and a separate appointment for 3 fillings - without sedation. I literally never thought this could happen and it's all down to how friendly and professional they are - excellent with nervous patients! Your confidence is their first priority. Can't recommend highly enough
