The whole process from start to finish was professional. I was told what to expect and what the process involves.
Aarti & Naomi knew exactly what they were doing and worked incredibly hard to fix my bite and giving me a smile I had always dreamed of. I don’t suffer with TMJ pain anymore. My bite is perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better practice to take on my dental care. Even the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much and I could ring or pop in for advice if needed. The dentists and staff here are all amazing, I feel so at ease going. I’ve had two wisdom teeth removed and they’ve been nothing but gentle, kind and made sure I am ok. They’ve never made me feel stupid at all for being an adult and crying when I first went in shaking, just total kindness.

Theresa is amazing. I had an initial consultation with her to discuss vaneers. She talked me through the entire process and between us we decided to give home whitening a go. We were sceptical because of one of my front teeth having no nerve and being off the scale in discolour. She made the top tray for me to trial first and see how I got on sleeping with it a week later I was back to get the bottom tray and the bleach. 2 weeks later and we are both so impressed with my new colour. She was completely blown away with how well I had done, and my bad tooth had even taken to the bleaching too. Absolutely amazing!! I had badly chipped my front teeth boxing I had old tired composite bonding just on the front two, I needed them fixed and after much searching for a dentist, I found Andover Advanced on google, this isn't local for me either, but after seeing the reviews, videos of how they do it I was impressed so decided to go with them. My appointments and consultation was with Dr Zain, he is amazing and so is the team. I had a whitening carried out, composite veneers on the front two and composite bonding on the canine teeth. My teeth are very different to most as my top front two were knocked out as a child and I didn't want implants, so I had braces to pull all my teeth in, my front top teeth are now the teeth next to your main, they have been made bigger and this isn't an easy job, I have had them done 2 times in my lifetime before this. This is honestly the best they have ever looked, thank you so much Dr Zain :)

I found this dentist on Google and decided to give it a go since they had such good reviews. I have not been disappointed at all. Everyone is very professional and I can say I got top quality care all along. My dentist Theresa is absolutely fantastic. She gave me a smile makeover and reached results I didn’t even imagine being possible.
My teeth were dull and discoloured and I had a crooked tooth at the front. My initial expectation was that I would have to get lots of crowns and braces to achieve something like this, but I’m glad I trusted Theresa who believed teeth whitening and composite veneers would be enough to improve my smile. I also had an old crown on my 1st molar that needed replacing and she did such a good job you can't even tell it's a crown.
The results are amazing and I couldn't be happier! She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I knew what to expect. They were very transparent with the price as well and I never felt pressured to go for more expensive options or do unnecessary treatments.

It’s very rare that I write reviews, but I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Andover dental centre and I wanted to share this with everyone! I had an issue with my teeth and seen several doctors in London (where I live) but I was always disappointed from the result and sometimes the service, luckily a friend of mine recommended this centre for me and I must say that I am extremely satisfied from both the service and the result. I saw Dr Zain and Nader and they were really professional and friendly, they explained everything to me from A to Z, what I should expect as a result and how much time it’s gonna take to see the result.. etc Using some of the most advanced machines such as scanners I should say that Andover Dental Centre is outstanding. Nonetheless, but the customer service and the care I received at the clinic was really exceptional.

This is a private dental practice so I guess you would expect better than normal service, but I cannot fault the service I receive. I had need of urgent dental care earlier this year and they were able to expedite my treatment much to my relief. For years my wife has had a phobia of dentists however she is comfortable attending here. All the staff are extremely friendly and polite and I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Well...this place is amazing!! Teresa (hope this is the correct way to spell this) is wonderful, really great. She put me at my ease so well (as I was being a bit of a wimp) and worked so thoughtfully and thoroughly, she even did an extra filling for me at the last minute as I asked if she could replace an old amalgam one for me after she had done the scheduled work! I really wish I had sound this dentist earlier but I wasn't in the area until I opened my shop in Stockbridge so had not heard of it. Was well looked after during a difficult but largely pain-free extraction -- we all managed to keep up a humorous air despite the problems encountered.
A recent implant process was all done in-house in an exemplary manner.
Generally, any unexpected post-treatment problems are ironed out very promptly and at no extra cost if possible.
I can recommend their in-house routine treatment plan into which I pay monthly.

I really cannot rate and recommend The Smile Centre enough, I had always wanted my teeth straightened but I was always too nervous to get teeth taken out and this done and I was always quoted so much It was never an option.
Then I heard that The Smile Centre offer a free consult so I thought I would book one and go, I was so welcomed by the lovely team of staff there. Was seen quickly, Aarti was so kind and advisable, so I went for it. Aarti made it affordable, so I didn't have to pay it all in one go.

The whole dental experience here is brilliant- especially for anyone like me who is terrified when it comes to dental procedures. The staff are friendly, and helpful. The waiting room area is modern, clean, uncluttered,and comfortable. Aarti, the dentist I see, as well as knowing her job, and being very thorough,, has the patience of a saint and is very reassuring. From a scaredy cat point of view, when you enter what used to be "the chamber of horrors" which for me was ANY dentists treatment room, their treatment room is light, bright, and cheerful. Gone is the black "mastermind" kind of chair, instead it's pink and is shaped nicely so you don't get that feeling of dread when you sit in it. Worktops are devoid of scary looking instruments. Pictures on the wall. Music playing. All those things help me. Everything is explained and discussed with me before action is taken, and I feel that I am looked after and that it's not me versus the dentist, which is how I have felt sometimes with past experiences. Everything is spotlessly clean as you would expect, but without the hospital sort of feeling. Prices aren't extortionate either, and there are plans you can do too. No one really wants to go to the dentist, but Aarti and her team make it the best it can be.

I came to Andover Smile centre with a broken tooth implant (front tooth). Dr Aarti was the only dentist in Andover and Salisbury that was willing to fit me in and fix my tooth. She was very knowledgeable about implants and within 30 mins I walked out with a fixed tooth and my smile:) Cant ask for a better service!!

Recently I needed some extensive treatment and my dentist - Dr. Aarti Kohli Jain has been extremely helpful in explaining various treatments options, referrals to specialists, advice on claiming cost from my insurance provider as well as providing excellent dental care. Everyone at the practice is really friendly. I have always been able to get appointments at short notice and to fit my work schedule. Ovarall really pleased and would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend Aarti at the Andover Smile Centre highly enough. I started using the Smile Centre in 2009 when I wanted to improve my smile. I went through two years of invisalign treatment to straighten my teeth followed by replacement crowns etc. Aarti was brilliant all the way making me feel very confident in everything that she did.
Aarti is very professional but at the same time she makes you feel at ease and always has time to explain the treatment to you.
If you are looking for a really good dentist then look no further.
