My first personal experience with Hook Dental. It surpassed any previous experiences involving the care of my teeth. Having lost an incisor tooth (extracted professionally last December), I believed that I would have to live with the gap for ever. My wife is an existing patient of Hook Dental and has always enjoyed wonderful care in their hands. My wife mentioned my dilemma at one of her check up appointments and it was suggested that I arranged an appointment for myself just to see if anything could be achieved. I was introduced to Vijay who checked me over and discussed options. I have a gagging issue which doesn't really help matters. Vijay was able to keep me fairly calm and exceedingly patient. Vijay advised a way forward and I am extremely pleased to be able to say that after only two sessions the gap has been closed by installing an imitation tooth. I can smile again. I feel more confident. No guarantee that it will last for a hundred years but as I am 82 years of age ............ .
So well done Vijay. Thank you for doing what appears to be a fantastically brilliant job.

Before Brexit, I worked in the EU for four years and had a good insurance policy for healthcare. Now, I have finally found a dental service in the UK that offers a similar level of professionalism.
The staff at this dental service are always polite and welcoming. The front desk service has always been superb, with staff actively searching for ways to help patients get the session they need and being open to collecting feedback.
My hygienist (Nadia) is professional and helpful, assisting me with sorting out my UK insurance and ensuring that treatments are covered. They also provide advice on hygiene, and the potentially painful sessions are made more relaxing with music and enjoyable discussions between the hygienist and nurse (Ella).
Although five stars is an understatement, it is the maximum allowed on this site, so that will have to suffice.

My densit is called Nick I haven't seen him a lot but he is so kind and he makes all your worries go out the window with his jokes and caring personality.
