Dr Karam Lalli is brilliant. Not only is he extremely competent technically , but he is also very kind, empathetic, reassuring and has a great bedside manner. He never appears rushed and always explains things very well. I have had a lot of dental work previously and would say that I am quite a nervous patient, and a bit scared of needles and pain . Dr Lalli’s excellent local anaesthetics and understanding make my treatment so much better than I anticipate. The reception staff are helpful and efficient. I would recommend this dental practice

Dr Samah and Humira fantastic with anxious patients. I have been frightened about going to the dentist from having a very bad experience as a little girl and I struggled to attend regular appointments. I would think of any excuse not to go in. Dr Samah and Humira have been so kind and caring towards me. I now see them regularly, everything is explained and they constantly check I’m ok, reassuring me I can stop them anytime. Dr Samah is very gentle and no matter how many times I ask a question or ask to stop she always takes time to calm me down. Asking when I’m ready to start again. They chat to me and keep conversation light and fun making me smile. Highly recommend a visit to see them if you are anxious in any way.
