However, today was a particularly significant experience for me. At 68 years old, I had to undergo an extraction—something I have feared my entire life. From the moment I arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to support me. Every member of staff showed incredible patience, understanding, and kindness. They took the time to carefully explain each step of the procedure, ensuring I felt informed, reassured, and in control throughout. Their calm and compassionate approach made what I had dreaded for decades completely manageable—and remarkably, entirely pain-free.
A special mention must go to Kam on reception, who is always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. Kam consistently goes the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable and safe, and that personal touch makes such a difference.

A sudden dental emergency for my child become a worrying issue. Severe dental pain not being resolved by calpol and nurofen. I contacted the reception staff at the practice who were so kind and helpful and were able to organise a same day slot. The dentist (Rid) and the dental nurse were so reassuring and amazing. I started my Journey in February 2025 by having a lower tooth removed to create space to re-align my bottom teeth. Following a scan, I had 20 sets of retainers made and over the course of 40-45 weeks, I can say I am extremely happy with the before and after results.
The system is easy to use with an app on your phone directing you how to scan your teeth every fortnight.
I have added pre and post scans although I still have some final work to be done, including whitening.
In terms of cost, your price package will depend on how long your treatment package takes which is bespoke to each individual. My package was long (nearly a year) so whilst this upped the cost, it was certainly worth it. I took an interest free loan through the dentist and have paid the fee off monthly.
If you have had traditional braces in the past, these are so much easier and it is something I certainly recommend you consider.

Firstly I would like to mention how I was made to feel at ease by receptionist Kam, When first calling to discus what sort of appointment I would need over the phone.
Considering the length of time since I last had a dental check up of any sort, it can be quite a daunting prospect. But with this practice that wasn’t the case. Your made to feel at ease before you even enter the door.
So I arrived today for my appointment, plenty of parking space in the car park.
Nice warm welcome at reception.
Then was taken upstairs where I was introduced to Dr Kunal Jain. Who did all my X-rays and examinations. He was great and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand.
Im happy and confident with the dental plan Ive been put on, which personally made a lot of sense.
I feel assured that I’m using the right practice for my oral health already after just 1 visit.

I called the dental surgery with severe tooth pain and Emily was extremely helpful and recommended a very effective pain relief which enabled me to have a restful sleep after 4 nights of no sleep! Tom (dentist) and Anj (nurse) were wonderful too! Tom was very gentle and I hardly felt the injections and the extraction of my tooth. He talked me through everything he would be doing to my tooth and provided me guidance about what to do at home.
Anj was equally sensitive and caring and shared a tip about biting on a tea bag to stem any bleeding!
Overall my experience at this surgery was very satisfactory and feel that I was well looked after. Emily, Tom and Anj were amazing. The team work, passion for their profession and care for their patients shines through. They were all very friendly and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this surgery if you are not satisfied with your current dentist.

With no appointment or dental history I presented myself at reception and although they were busy Kam at reception was super friendly and helpful. I've been a patient for over 35 years. Whilst being 100% professional in the customer service and treatments given, it has always had that family feel to the place which I really appreciate. I have known most of the staff for many years which is why I have remained loyal. Was greeted today by Kam who confirmed who I was seeing, then Tom and Rachel conducted a checkup with the usual efficiency whilst taking the time to talk about an issue I raised, then it was on to see Wendy for a scale and polish. She is both quick and thorough and you are done before you know it. We always have a good chat about all things both dental and non dental, then once finshed I was off to get myself booked in for a repeat visit with Emily who found me an appointment to suit my work requirements before leaving. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and this team is a credit to the management. If your looking for a dentist then I doubt you'd get much better than these guys.

This is the first time I have left a Dentist with a smile on my face and this was after a tooth extraction too. Going in I was so nervous, but Tom Sinton and Rachel put me at ease and before I knew it Tom had taken my wisdom tooth out - I did not feel a thing and could not believe how painless and quick it was. A big THANK YOU to Tom, Rachel and Kam for being so friendly, reassuring, understanding and for making my experience at the Dentist a pleasant one.

I have been attending this excellent dental practice for many years; and have continued to do so even though I have moved around the UK (and am currently in London). Kam and all on reception are always courteous, helpful, professional and friendly. And the same can be said of hygienist, Wendy. The dental treatment has been first rate; particularly as everything is always carefully explained - resulting in a ‘gentle’ and non-stressful experience.

Brilliant dentists - I’ve had several treatments from Luke and Emily and they’re always friendly and explain fully any work needed. Luke is also a very gentle dentist, I have quite a sensitive mouth but have never suffered any pain or major discomfort when having work done with him.
I’ve also brought my two children here as NHS patients and they received just as much attention as I do a private patient.
Kam on reception is also worth mentioning, she’s friendly and knowledgable and very patient with accommodation awkward schedules!
If you’re looking for a hygienist then ask for Wendy, she does an amazing job with my sensitive teeth.

Having recently experienced an issue I contacted Harborne Priory Dental and my call was answered by Kam, who understood the seriousness of the issue and who arranged for me to be seen by the dentist that day. On arrival I was warmly greeted, I was handed a tablet and asked to update my information, Kam explaining clearly to me what I needed to do and offering assistance if required. My expectations were exceeded as they always have been when dealing with Kam either on the phone or in person. I always have a great patient experience.
