It's always difficult/Interesting when your dentist changes and it was for my first visit last Wednesday the 25th June, and as an old man with serious ADHD & Autism issues it makes it even more! I can only say a massive thank you to everyone at the Centre who were just marvellous; nothing was too much trouble, I was welcomed in a friendly and professional manner and my physical disabilities taken into account also for where they saw me. My new Dentist, Dr. Dimitris, with his nurse Alice, saw me promptly and took time and patience to explain everything that was happening and took the time to talk me through my X-Rays and what has been shown. I had never felt so well looked after by a dentist since the original one there had retired. Unfortunately, the Hygienist had had to go home with a back issue, I can sympathise with that, so one of the other dentists who was trained in that took over, they had even phoned me at home before the appointment to make sure I was OK with that. Dr. Loui and his nurse Faye took on that role just perfectly. The lady on reception, Stacey, was just lovely. Kind, helpful, patient, professional and with a sense of humour (which we all know how rare that is these days!) and dealt with everything so I felt important to her. I would just like to say again a huge Thank You for everything and am looking forward to seeing you all again at my next appointment.
