It’s a huge space! So there’s no sense of being ‘sardines’, lined up against a wall, eavesdropping on other people’s conversations.
It’s a friendly vibe, and a pleasing environment. The hair washing basins are <chef’s kiss> for neck comfort. 💯

She really listens to what you want - I worry I'm a nightmare client but she's so receptive, understanding and most importantly, amazing at colouring hair! From the personal meet & greet from the team, including the wonderful 4 legged friends Nelly&Tinks I couldn't have been treated any better. Ellie was an absolute star and supported me with great advice and enabled a middle aged Menopausal woman (Nanny) to feel alive again, with a vibrant copper hair colour and layered style was exactly what I needed. Annie came to my rescue when my original hair stylist cancelled the day before my wedding! She wasn't even meant to be working that day but very generously took time out of her plans to help me and I will be forever grateful. On top of that, my hair was amazing and Annie was a dream to work with. She has such a calming and positive energy, I felt so relaxed and confident in her expert hands. She took plenty of time to understand what I was hoping for with my wedding hair and it turned out way better than my trial! It lasted so well all day, and she even took some extra time to help my Mum with her hair which shows her true kind nature and professionalism.

Myself and my family came in today to have our hair cuts. Lel is really patient with my two little ones who hate having the lose hair falling on them, and she goes the extra mile to make them feel comfortable & happy whilst having their hair restyled.
Lel is chatty, friendly and gives an amazing experience- especially if you feel uncomfortable in salons, she makes you feel at ease and will move around to a quieter station buried in the corner so that your away from the rest of the ‘hustle and bustle’ of a busy salon.
I would 100% recommend Lel, and will be back!
