I've been a patient for over ten years. The main reason I like Confidental is they will always see me ASAP if I have bad toothache. They are very professional and make sure they reserve sufficient time for treatment. i.e. no rushing to get the job done. A consequence of that is they are not the very cheapest but they are not extortionate either. I would say they charge just the right amount to ensure they can provide a service of the highest standard. They are all very good dentists there trained at King's College London. I would say S is slightly more personable and D very professional and competent. V is in between. They also have a female dentist B who IMO is excellent at putting patients at their ease. Frankly though, they are all very good, well trained and know what they are doing. Oh and lets not forget the receptionists. Since quite a few people including myself, are quite scared of dentists, its the receptionists who you have first contact with and they are very important at putting you at ease. If you have a really bad toothache, they understand and will do everything they can to get you seen ASAP. A real credit to the practice. All in all highly recommended.

A brilliant service very prompt and friendly staff

Myself and my son have attended this practice for many years and have to say how happy we have been. Sandeep and his team always make us feel welcome and are very good at what they do. In particular I wanted to mention how amazing Lucy our hygenist is. So friendly and professional and really knows her stuff. We wouldn't use anyone else !

Greeted and very professionally and completed a medical questionnaire. Deepak welcomed and carried a very comprehensive X-ray and photo overview of the current state of my teeth and gums and oral health. Suggested a plan of action and what should be prioritised. Booked my first 2 appointments, very happy with my first visit

I'm new to this dental practice and i wanted to say just how amazing they all are. Welcoming, nothing too much trouble, easy to talk to, totally professional and empathetic. Throughout a long appointment yesterday with Bali, and her assistant Katie, they put me at total ease even though i'm a nervous patient.

I went to Confidental by mistake and they were very kind and helpful and pointed me in the right direction to the dentist that I had my appointment with. About one hour later I returned to Confidental because the other dentist that I won’t mention made me feel humiliated and very upset so I went back to Confidental and they were so very kind and helpful. They made appointment with Vishal and from the very first meeting he was understanding kind and very caring. His work is exceptional and to the smallest detail it has to be perfect. He went up and above what I was expecting. I’m very happy with my service here!! They got me in at such short notice and they did what they GP couldn’t do, they resolved my issues gave me the correct medication and I’m back on the mend!! I can’t recommend confidental enough! Nothing is too much trouble. They looked after my grandparents for many years. In the past they have taken my partner in as an emergency on a Sunday when his tooth broke. Most recently my partner has been in pain with a mouth infection with no help from his gp. The practice offered to see him free of charge and gave the correct advice and medication he needs. Going to the dentist is something I dread, the receptionists are aware of this and always go out their way to keep me calm. All the staff really do go above and beyond

I have had a fear of dentists for as long as I can remember, more so after my last dental experience 4 years ago. A friend recommended Confidental and suggested I went to see Bali. Even though my friend was there I was extremely nervous. Bali couldn't have been nicer and more importantly understood my fear of dentists. Both Bali and her equally lovely assistant were very calm and helped me to feel more at ease. Fast forward 2 weeks I now have a dental plan. I have had treatment plus some extractions! In spite of having had some oral sedation I have never experienced such a positive experience at a dentist -ever! I may even feel anxious on future visits but I know that I am in good hands and it will be fine! Thank you Bali and also to the lovely girls on reception.

I have been visiting Lucy for regular hygiene appointments for many years, I’m a nervous patient but Lucy always goes above and beyond to make the experience a relaxing one. I always feel at ease with her and her work is exceptional. I would highly recommend a visit with her.

I went to Confidential Dental due to my current dental practice not being able to extract one of my teeth, although they tried twice! I had been referred to a specialist who also couldn't help me and then referred me to have the tooth surgically removed, but I was expected to wait up to a year, which I could no longer cope with due to the pain. So I called confidential, explained the situation to see if they could help. Today I saw Sandeep, I thought I would have to wait to have the tooth removed but to my surprise my long awaited extraction took place today, I am a nervous client and I was made to feel safe, at ease and was very well taken care of. I cannot thank you all enough for helping me today. my tooth was badly cracked and infected, held together by a filling. I was worried that it would shatter on removal but Sandeep was very gentle and did not rush the process and got it out with out it shattering. I had no excess bleeding, in fact hardly any bleeding at all and very little pain after the aesthetic wore off. I felt so confident with this practice that I am going to change my dentist to this one. I cannot recommend this practice enough. Thank you all and I will be in touch soon to become a new client once my extraction has heeled.

As a nervous patient I kept constantly changing dentists as I never felt relaxed with them either from the approach of dentists treating me or because of receptionists. After experiencing excruciating pain I have booked emergency appointment with lovely receptionist over the phone and was treated by Dr Deepak Mohal who helped me not only from pain, but also saved the tooth that my previous dentist said it can't be saved. Dr. Deepak kept me relaxed and made sure I'm okay along the whole procedure. All I regret is that I did not found this practice sooner. Thank you!

I have been a part of Confidental since I was around 8 years old, I am now 25 and travel back over an hour every 6 months for my check up with Vishal and hygiene appointment with Lucy. I have had such an amazing experience at this dentist that I refuse to go to another practise more local to my new home. They are all very knowledgeable, welcoming and informative. I am part of their monthly payment plan which makes private dentist appointments more affordable. I can’t fault Confidental at all and would highly recommend attending this practise for any dental needs!

I booked a same day emergency appointment which was a huge deal for me as I’m the most nervous patient and have avoided dentists for the last few years. After a meltdown in the waiting room the kindest nurse (Katy) and amazing reception team looked after me like nothing was too much. Dr Bali Dhaliwal and her nurse Katy were the most gentle, patient, friendly and helpful duo who took amazing care of me and put me at ease, treated me there and then and I felt no pressure and was not rushed despite my needing to do everything in small steps. I left feeling so much more calm and positive about coming back to see them. I can’t thank them both enough and can’t recommend the team any more highly! Thank you 😊

Thank you Vishal for being the best dentist I have ever been to. Asked for an Emergency appointment and was called in within the hour. The reception team are always friendly and very reassuring. The worst thing is I am terrified to go because I have a dread of dentists but they overcome that fear time after time.

Sandeep carried out my Dental Surgery and at all times was very aware of how anxious I was. Sandeep put me at ease at all times and checked how I was regularly through out what was expected to be a 3 hour procedure.
