Unfortunately my 7 year old son had an accident causing his front tooth to break. Sandy Lane dentist surgery have been outstanding with us. My son saw Dr Jack Moore and has been treated by him since! Jack is amazing. My son was scared, nervous and in pain, but from his first meeting with Dr Jack, he totally put my son at ease, chatted to him like a friend, at his level, joked, made him smile all before even looking at his tooth. He gained my son’s trust and now my son always wants to see Jack for any treatment. This is service and treatment above and beyond. Thank you, especially to Dr Jack Moore.

Having to have a tooth extraction and other treatment I was very nervous and anxious. Dr Ellis and her dental nurse were amazing, they explained everything in detail before, during and after the process, answered any questions I had and both kept checking I was ok during all treatment given, as well as stopping for breaks while carrying out the treatment. BIG thank you to them both for making me feel at ease and for making the whole experience nowhere near as bad as I had imagined .

Would just like to say a big thank you to Mr A cook and his young trainee chloe I'm sure her name is I was there today to have a tooth removed and it turned out to be a battle between all three of us to say the least but they got there explained all the way what was happening and explain to chloe what was about to happen and for a young person just learning well done because it wasn't plesent keep going thanks for sorting it a great practice

Lately I've seen Alex the dentist more than I've seen my own mum,weve even become pals hahaha .I've been there alot..finally my treatment plan has finished and I'm absolutely over the moon with the results..Alex has gone above and beyond to make me feel better about myself..and now I can feel confident smiling again..and that's down to him..its been a long 5yrs and some medication and smoking is a bad combination for teeth..so trying to quit smoking..And stopped the pain meds totally. Got to look after my teeth now because it feels great to actually feel confident smiling again..Thankyou Alex your a star 🌟
