Unfortunately my 7 year old son had an accident causing his front tooth to break. Sandy Lane dentist surgery have been outstanding with us. My son saw Dr Jack Moore and has been treated by him since! Jack is amazing. My son was scared, nervous and in pain, but from his first meeting with Dr Jack, he totally put my son at ease, chatted to him like a friend, at his level, joked, made him smile all before even looking at his tooth. He gained my son’s trust and now my son always wants to see Jack for any treatment. This is service and treatment above and beyond. Thank you, especially to Dr Jack Moore.

Having to have a tooth extraction and other treatment I was very nervous and anxious. Dr Ellis and her dental nurse were amazing, they explained everything in detail before, during and after the process, answered any questions I had and both kept checking I was ok during all treatment given, as well as stopping for breaks while carrying out the treatment. BIG thank you to them both for making me feel at ease and for making the whole experience nowhere near as bad as I had imagined .

Lately I've seen Alex the dentist more than I've seen my own mum,weve even become pals hahaha .I've been there alot..finally my treatment plan has finished and I'm absolutely over the moon with the results..Alex has gone above and beyond to make me feel better about myself..and now I can feel confident smiling again..and that's down to him..its been a long 5yrs and some medication and smoking is a bad combination for teeth..so trying to quit smoking..And stopped the pain meds totally. Got to look after my teeth now because it feels great to actually feel confident smiling again..Thankyou Alex your a star 🌟

Absolutely brilliant dental practice! The staff are so nice and always make you feel welcome. They are always on time to see you which is important when you have a busy shedule. Dr Nussey is the best dentist in England and his attention to detail is second to none. He always fixes issues first time and has an unbelievable way of not causing pain or discomfort. I love the way he explains carefully what he is going to be doing and you know what you are in for. Then Nurse Olivia - the dental G.O.A.T. She always comes to call you from reception with a massive smile and fits in a proper chat on the walk to the chair. She is a Ray of sunshine and wonderful to be around. As far as looking after you while in the chair, she is so attentive and makes having a procedure painless and comfortable. A real asset to Sandy Lane Dental Practice! I would highly reccomend them and if you get the chance to join this practice, do it, you won't be sorry.

Saw hygienist Julie today with assistant Michelle. As always a truly excellent service. Have seen many hygienists over the years and I can say that Julie is by far the best. Always feel totally relaxed and at ease. Always very professional and always happy to offer advice on how best to keep my teeth in the best possible condition. For anyone who needs a dental hygienist and is nervous that it will hurt or will be uncomfortable I couldn’t recommend Julie more. She’s that good! Thanks Julie and Michelle, see you in 3 months!!!

I’m posting this review on behalf of my mum, Valerie McKenna, who visited Andy and Amy several times, in order for Andy to make her some new dentures. She’s always been terrified of going to the dentist, but Andy and Amy made her feel at ease and very relaxed the instant she met them.They were both very friendly and kind and completely professional. My mum is absolutely delighted with the end result and she can’t sing Andy’s praises highly enough for making her dentures so perfectly. So when I decided to “sort out” my discoloured uneven teeth Mrs Dickinson was the obviously dentist for the Job,so I booked a private consultation, she explained all my options and expectations, as well as the cost
I decided on teeth whitening then composite bonding and The results were fantastic, and exceeded my expectations
I can not recommend them highly enough

What a great practice this is. For many years I’ve suffered with tooth ware due to grinding my teeth in my sleep. I decided to approach Dr jack moore at the beginning of the year due to getting married this year. Dr jack moore sat down with myself and talked me through every option which was available. First of all, Dr Jack Moore recommended teeth whitening to brighten the colour of my teeth and then we decided to look at composite bonding to build my teeth back up and created a nice shape to look more natural and I’m extremely happy with the way it changed my smile for the better. Can’t recommend Dr jack moore and his nurse Rebecca Cartwright enough, both gone above and beyond for myself. The whole dental practice is so welcoming and professional. Outstanding service every time. Thank you sandy lane dental practice!!!

Having moved address a year ago I had to wait 10 months for a spot. I am so glad that I did. What a lovely friendly dentist from reception through to dentist and nurses. I haven't been to the dentist for years. I was nervous. A full check up was given on 10th Jan including x-rays and by 24th Jan I had a tooth extraction as unfortunately a molar couldn't be saved. My dentist Izzy made me feel so much more relaxed and told me every step she was taking and why. I always feel out of control at the dentist which adds to the anxiety and I've had really poor interaction from past dentists but I was made to feel at ease. I felt no pain and was even given a glucose drink to help me. I can't thank you enough and I won't be so nervous about coming to my check up in 6 months time. I would recommend this surgery for sure.
