From walking through the front entrance everything I experienced was excellent. Reception were very friendly and welcoming. After waiting just a few minutes I was invited into the treatment room by Greg . He is such a nice person and soon put me at ease. He explained what possibly could be done and checked to make sure I understood. Follow up visit to discuss treatment plan.

Excellent experience from start to finish during my treatment with James Tinning. The procedure was explained in detail every step of the way and the final outcome was perfect.

Very good and professional

I visited the hygienist, Alex, today. She was very pleasant, as was her assistant, and was very thorough and efficient whilst cleaning and polishing my teeth. She asked all the right questions and also recommended the 3 correct sizes of brushes to use daily, which were given to me when she had finished. I highly recommend this dental practice as I left very satisfied with a smile on my face 😃

I had a cosmetic problem with my existing crown and implant, but my then regular dentist did not do cosmetic dentistry, you had to travel to Manchester. However, I found Shelley and pope and I'm so glad I did. When I first started going last summer I was awaiting a much needed operation, which didn't go to plan and I had to keep cancelling my appointments. The team understood my position and was very patient. I have now finished my treatment and I must say a big thank you, James you have done a really good job I love my new teeth. The practice team members are very friendly and welcoming, I am glad I now have a great dentist team who really care. Thank you.
