Since booking my original appointment regarding a chipped half front tooth, with nerves of what would happen next to the unknown as a fairly anxious patient. Shelly and pope practice filled me with a warmth welcome and reassurance that my smile will be back to how it was. After a few weeks of scans and a temporary tooth the lab used by Shelly and pope practice created an amazing Crown as it was a high chip, where bonding wouldn’t work. From start to finish, all information of wha will happen was told and gave me great reassurance that they are there to help. The kindness from even reception staff went a far way creating a safe and secure environment as a whole. I am overly satisfied with the results of my crown. You can’t even tell anything had happened to my tooth. Absolutely superb. My dentist here was James Tinning. He was calm and relaxed and spoke about everything that will happen and how with options of what to do and possible outcomes. His service was exceptional and I am so very grateful to him, even spending extra time creating a temporary crown which also was identical to my old look.
