It was my first visit to the Dentist in 25+ years due to bad experiences in childhood. To say I was nervous is an understatement. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile & made to feel at ease. My first experience with James was so good & any anxieties went out of the window - along with the thoughts of needing sedation to go back 😀. I was so relaxed & although I only had a lengthy chat, a full check up & x-rays I have booked in to go back tomorrow for my first phase of treatment. I’m actually looking forward to it…. Thank you so much James & all the staff @ Shelley & Pope 👌

This is the second time I've been referred to Shelley and Pope by my dentist. I cannot recommend Simon enough who put me at ease from the onset with his friendly and reassuring manner. During each referral, a thorough examination was undertaken and it was quickly determined if there were any problems. Simon explained everything in detail and was more than happy to spend time answering my numerous questions!

Simon had me booked in for a root canal but gave me an honest and professional opinion, explaining everything to me and giving me long term outcomes and ended up changing the treatment on the spot to my benefit. Cannot recommend highly enough. All staff were lovely to speak to and very understanding.

From walking through the front entrance everything I experienced was excellent. Reception were very friendly and welcoming. After waiting just a few minutes I was invited into the treatment room by Greg . He is such a nice person and soon put me at ease. He explained what possibly could be done and checked to make sure I understood. Follow up visit to discuss treatment plan.
