Hi the staff here where so friendly here especially the reception lady esme very polite and so helpful as for my surgery it went so smoothly had my impacted wisdom tooth and molar removed by dr audrey kershaw and she was so professional and efficient make me feel extremely comfortable the clinic is so beautiful clean and shiney yer warm and friendly enviroment 10 out of 10 dentistry clinic better than my usual dentists hahaha thanks again to everyone who helped 🙂

I was referred to have a canine tooth exposed. Dr. Kershaw was very nice and reassuring. It was very efficient and quick surgery which was good too. The building is very clean and there is a comfortable waiting room as well. I highly recommend Atelier Dentistry to all.

I was referred to Atelier Dentistry and Dr. Gareth Calvert by my dental practice in Lockerbie due to a painful tooth that had undergone root canal treatment many years ago. Unfortunately, the initial procedure had eventually failed, and I was faced with a few options: an implant, a denture, or the possibility of saving the tooth with specialist treatment. Dr. Gareth Calvert was optimistic about saving the tooth by replacing the root canal treatment, and I’m so glad I went with his recommendation. I also suffer from positional vertigo, which makes any dental visit challenging. Dr. Gareth was fantastic throughout the process, taking my condition into full consideration and ensuring that I was as comfortable as possible. He performed the root canal treatment efficiently and, to my surprise, it was completely painless. Overall, my experience with Atelier Dentistry was excellent. Dr. Gareth Calvert is not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend him and the team at Atelier Dentistry to anyone in need of specialist dental care.

Wonderful dental practice. Emma on reception was incredibly welcoming. Audrey and Sophie made me feel at ease during my tooth extraction despite this grown man not being entirely keen on the event.

Fantastic service and would recommend! I was greeted early in the morning and offered some chilled water by a gentleman. Very high end rooms with a luxury feel. At reception, Caitlin sat down with me and went though the required documents in detail. I arrived early and watched /listed to their morning briefing- something I haven’t seen before in dentistry. Dr Audrey greeted me with a smile, answered all of my questions and even found out something even my doctor doesn’t know about me?! She knows her stuff! She even knew without me knowing that I might require a little extra local anaesthetic for removal of my wisdom teeth. I doubted it, but she was right! All went smoothly. I returned home and had some minor concerns about bleeding. Called up and was welcomed back in the same day. All concerns addressed. Addressing some negative reviews regarding time management. I had complications that required more time and would’ve caused delays. This is a premium service and you pay a premium price. If I waited to have a similar procedure on the NHS I would’ve waited 9 MONTHS. In the end, I got a premium service, earlier than usual with some staff that have +30 years experience and even found out something that my doctor didn’t even know. Yes it’s expensive, but can you really put a price on your health? Thank you all at Atelier Dentistry 😊

Had bottom wisdom tooth removed by Dr Audrey who was efficient and very professional. Would recommend this practice to anyone. All staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all.

Needed emergency dental surgery, had waited months for an appointment with dental hospital. Atelier arranged an appointment with Dr kershaw, a course of antibiotics was needed to remove infection from unusually positioned wisdom tooth and surrounding area. I’m deathly scared of Dentists let alone having dental surgery - every step was communicated well and throughout the procedure dr kershaw spoke to me and reassured me of how things were proceeding. Can’t thank dr kershaw and staff for their outstanding service, care and after service.

I have been treated by dr Mclelland and dr Kershaw. I must say prior to oral surgery today I was extremely nervous but the staff were first class and the treatment received was excellent! Massive thanks to all at atelier. Highly recommended! Kind regards Antonella

Absolutely blown away by this dentistry. I was sent to have 3 teeth removed. The place was immaculate and they made me feel at ease right away. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. It takes a lot of anesthetic to numb me and they gave me plenty to make sure I felt nothing from the start. A few days after the extractions , the pain was unbearable. I called them today and they made sure I got an appointment with my own dentist. I wish I could be with this dentist full time .

We hosted a work event in the Atelier teaching suite and it worked perfectly. Stunning venue and amazing staff. It was a really comfortable atmosphere for us and our attendees - so much so that no one wanted to leave at the end! Thank you to Lauren and Asad for having us! Rick

I highly recommend this place. I had my wisdom tooth extraction yesterday and the dentist (kalvin/calvin) was so nice and he made me feel at ease. I was so nervous that my body was shaking 😭 the process was painless! He did a very good job of injecting the surrounding of the tooth that was going to pull out until I didn't feel anything and then he just started to pull out the teeth. Overall experience, full 5 stars!! Just like that I no longer feel afraid of seeing the dentist. I'll definitely come again soon for other treatments 😊 also thanks to all the staff - they were all lovely.

Audrey is actually magician! Quick service from referral to consultation for wisdom teeth removal. Lovely premises, staff and service! Would have got them out sooner had I known how seamless it could be!

From start to finish a superb and professional service by Hayley, Colin and the team. The place is immaculately clean, well presented and the little extra touches they do show they go the extra mile for you. Had an implant tooth carried out by Colin and treatment went so well, very modern practice using the most up to date equipment. Given a treatment plan at the very beginning, which was followed with no extra or hidden charges!

Had a filling repair carried out by dentist Craig Sinclair. Treatment was first class (Craig really put me at ease by calmly talking through and explaining the treatment beforehand) as is the practice itself - feels more like a 5 star hotel! Fantastic city centre location with multi storey parking a stone's throw away on Bath Street. Would highly recommend.

I had such a brilliant experience today, I called with an emergency as had the worst tooth ache I have ever experienced in my life after root canal treatment from a different dentist. The receptionist I spoke to was lovely very kind and considering I wasn’t a patient at this particular clinic they managed to fit me in within 2 hours of me calling which is incredible. I had called around 5 other dentists who could not fit me in as I wasn’t a patient but yet @atelier dentistry could. Craig the dentist who attended to me was amazing he could see I was in great pain and was so calm despite my anxiousness. He successful completed my treatment and I have no pain. I have booked a further consultation as they are truly epic! The clinic is also very beautiful and looks stunning and creates a relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

As a nervous dental patient ( from very painful experiences in the past), I cannot recommend Atelier / G1 Dental highly enough. I have been seen and treated by Craig Sinclair a few times, who has been great at putting me at ease. Very articulate in his explanations of my treatment, his positive, professional approach means I will have no hesitation in recommending both dental practices, and Craig for future clientele. No pressure or hurried approach here by him or any of the staff. Praise and thanks must also be given to the staff members who have also been courteous, efficient, and understanding.
