Had to get an appointment to fix my retainer when I was in Liverpool for work. I was given a next day appointment and just had to give some details over then I was in and out the practice in no time with the problem solved. All the staff were nice and friendly couldn’t recommend it enough

We called at 11:45am and were lucky to get an emergency appointment for 12:45pm. We were seen straight away and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Maria on reception was absolutely lovely and so helpful, as were Sam, Ina and Pat. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Dr Chava was excellent, she quickly identified and sorted the issue within around 20 minutes, which was fantastic. Really impressed with the service, professionalism and how lovely all the staff were. A wonderful orthodontist and team. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely be going back. Thank you!
