Just had repair work done to my permanent retainer by Doctor S Chava, it was a fantastic and comfortable experience.
I had a brace fitted when I was 12 for two years and then a permanent retainer all fitted at this orthodontist when I was 14 (23 Years ago) with Dr Paul, recently had my first ever problem with my retainer which turned out I had snapped the wire behind one tooth from eating hard food.
Phoned up Monday, spoke to the lovey lady on reception and was told I am still on file after 23 years, amazing that you are not forgotten about with this practice after all that time and was booked in for the following Wednesday with Dr Chava, who was brilliant, very warm and welcoming.
She 3D scanned my teeth, which I thought was amazing since back when I had this retainer fitted there was nothing around like this, so that took about 2 minutes and then was shown everything on the screen next to me.
Instead of repairing, I was told by Dr Chava that the best course of action would be to just remove the part of the retainer that has snapped off the one tooth and leave the rest in place. It then took her around 5 minutes to remove the snapped wire and remove the remaining glue on the back of my tooth with no pain whatsoever and done a fantastic job. Was told any problems to come back and I will be seen straight away. I was in and out within 20 minutes.
When I was paying at reception Dr Chava only charged myself the £30 appointment deposit I paid over the phone for the work completed to which I was very surprised as I was preparing to pay around the £100 quoted for a repair (which is still a great price). I still offered to pay the full amount and was still told there was no need.
Nothing has changed since I last visited in 2002, still the same great service, great team, all very welcoming, very clean practice and brilliant orthodontists that work there. Already booking back in for a scale and polish.
Easily still the best orthodontist practice in Liverpool. Definitely recommend here if you need orthodontic work doing.

I'm so pleased with my new smile after three years of treatment, this was a big decision for me, as I am in my forties and I had always wanted to get my teeth fixed,but put it off for years. I feel like I have more confidence and can smile more..this means so much to me. I cannot recommend The Orthodontic practice enough, Dr Chava and the team are lovely and welcoming and make you feel at ease. They were always accommodating when I needed to reschedule appointments or make an emergency appointment. The practice is beautiful and clean. They always answer the phone promptly and always very friendly and professional. I still have some tweaks to make to my smile such as whitening treatment, and I will choose to go back to this practice for this and any future treatments if needed, I would not go anywhere else. If you are thinking of perfecting your smile and you are wondering what orthodontist to use then this it !! Thank you to the wonderful team 😁🦷

I first went to the orthodontic practice in May of this year for a consultation for braces. I had some trauma to my teeth over 11 years ago and have never been happy with my smile since. I’ve had some issues with my gums and had to get this sorted before we could go forward with any treatment. S. Chava and her team have been so thorough with every aspect of my dental treatment and ensuring not to miss anything. Sam who works here is really lovely and can’t do enough, the reception staff are always very welcoming. Binda their peridontist has really helped me in getting my confidence back and has saved my smile. I still have a bit of a journey to go yet but I really can’t thank them enough!

My son needed top and bottom traditional braces during covid at age 12, the waitlist for this on the NHS would have put him close to his 18th birthday before he was seen. Our regular dentist suggested Invisalign and recommended Dr Chava at The Orthodontic Practice. We were initially surprised at the cost but I can’t stress enough how worth it this was, it’s been worth every penny. 3 years later and he’s now got perfect teeth. Dr Chava is amazing and everyone who’s performed treatment on him throughout the process has been fantastic. Highly recommend the practice to anybody who asks.

I have seen Dr Chava since I was around 12 getting braces they were brilliant then, but didn’t listen as I got older and I didn’t wear my retainer I came back and got fixed braces, it has been amazing! All the staff are brilliant and so friendly, they’re like a little family! Not only are my teeth now perfect again but I would only come here for treatments going forward! They were also so helpful moving appointments when I had my twins and always asked about them which just shows how lovely they all are!

I'm currently undergoing orthodontic treatment with Dr Chava and she is a true professional. I was really nervous to begin treatment, but Dr Chava made me feel really at ease from my initial consultation so I knew I was in good hands. She explains thoroughly what she's doing and allows the time to ask questions. The treatment co-ordinator, Lyndsey is really helpful and friendly as are all of the ladies on reception. The practice has a really warm atmosphere and is conveniently located, I would highly recommend it.

My experience at this orthodontist has been amazing from start to finish. I cannot thank Dr Chava and the whole team enough. My brace time took slightly longer due to covid so could not be helped but Dr Chava was so accommodating and went above and beyond every visit to make as much time up as possible.
Great Staff, great service and a all round amazing experience. I would always recommend this practice before anywhere else 10/10.

My daughter has attended the practice since the age of 10 after being put on the waiting list for a brace at a young age. My daughter has been Mr Martin the whole time since her first appointment and this year at the age of 14 got her brace fitted. We were very disappointed to hear they have lost their NHS contract and will no longer be able to provide NHS services as of end of March 2022 therefore, my daughters treatment will continue elsewhere. I have never had any problems, the staff are all friendly and welcoming even today Ellie had a problem with her brace and they got us in within 24 hours. I am very sad my daughter won't continue her brace journey with Mr Martin

I had the most lovely experience in this practice. Staff are lovely all nurses and receptionists are so kind and accommodating and seems a very positive happy place.
I was treated by miss chava who was always very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Really happy with the end result it’s give me a new lease of life. I also felt much more secure after my phobia of dentists all my life knowing miss chava was a specialist in orthodontics.

Whenever we've visited here our experience has always been a good one. Staff are polite and Mr Martin is such a nice man. His kind demeanour has helped my son who struggles with dentist visits to feel safe and comfortable when visiting. I would definitely recommend.

My daughter had her consultation and braces fitted here. Everytime we visited Mr Woodier he was helpful, informative and precise. No waiting, always on time with appointments. Her teeth and smile are lovely now and sorted within 12 months too.
