Very friendly with clear explanations

My son had his braces here and now I'm back with my daughter. Staff are very patient, kind and professional. My son was actually receiving orthodontic care from someone else and then we moved area so came to West St. The previous orthodontist would always leave wires too long causing my son pain and the wires would break. We didn't get any of that from West St, it was such a relief and was a much nicer experience.

The staff are great, very helpful and informative and the Orthodontists have been very good with both my boys having treatment here.
