Easy to contact and reach. Good experience each visit as all team members are attentive, talked us through each step of our treatment and answered all the questions we had. Also provides a wide range of orthodontic care items, such as care kits and other dental care tools, etc.

We have been very pleased with our treatment here. Both my sons have had fixed braces (one nhs and one private) and the staff are very caring and kind. The reception staff are always polite and helpful when we have to rearrange appointments and the availability of appointments has always been good. The orthodontists are very patient with my youngest who can be quite anxious at times and they explain everything well to him (and to me as a curious mum!)

What a First Class service!! - My then 13 year old daughter, 15 months ago, was referred to West Street Orthodontists due to overlaps of her teeth in a small mouth. Part of her brace early on would sometimes pop out and an emergency appointment to put it back was never too much trouble. From all receptionists to dental nurses and the orthodontists themselves we are so grateful to you all for your professionalism and care. Her teeth are now absolutely STUNNING. Daughter had really messed up teeth before going to WSOP. Had 5 teeth out in hospital then train tracks for 21 months (ages 12 to 14). Retainer to leave with. Practice was always professional and progress was seen almost immediately. Daughter now has perfect smile. Very pleased. Would recommend.

I saw them in relation to my sleep apnea. A very friendly and professional team in the form of Dr Young and Rachel; and in a clean and modern environment. I felt the advice was clear, to the point and positive which is exactly what I needed. I now look forward to next steps in resolving the issue.
