After being in agony with a wisdom tooth popping its head out and after ringing round several dentists both NHS and private I came across Elegant Smiles following a recommendation from Facebook. A day later I’m booked in for a new patient appointment, provided with antibiotics & referred for wisdom tooth extraction, this was quickly followed by a recommended treatment plan. Hi. All, Please pass on my thanks to the dentistry team that saw me at short notice yesterday and with all of three seconds of thinking time and five minuits of extraction time my problem was solved. I felt nothing throught the extraction. I though I was just going for an inspection to see what the cause of pain was and was offered immediate extraction. Further more, unbelieveably after the anesthetic wore off I have had no pain what so ever. Maybe it was my lucky day after all, and the skill,and confinence of the dentist also helpt. Just thought you guys should know how good you are, as many people pontificate bad news, and people look at that first. Iknow things don't always go right, that's life. On this occasion it did and you should know that. Thank you very much.

I have just visited Imran for the first time with my two daughters one who is profoundly deaf and has learning disability. Both girls have become scared of the dentist due to previous dentists not being very good with them.
The service we have received today was outstanding. Imran treated my girls with the respect they deserve. Right from me telling him that my daughter was deaf he pulled his mask down and made sure she could lip read. He explained everything to her and put her ease instantly. I have just finished treatment at Elegant Smiles. I have had implants and root canal work and have had no pain at any time over the 6 months. On my original appointment Dr Razaq spent time looking into my past experiences as well as looking at the current problems. As I had not seen a dentist for about 50 years there were quite a few! My husband was amazed when I returned to the car with a smile as we had both anticipated problems. The smile was much broader this week when the treatment finished and, for the first time in years, I am happy to have a photo taken. I felt most welcome at every stage and was always greeted with a smile and a cheerful Hello. I have also been told by a friend that I look about 10 years younger – quite a result and all well within the estimate.

I joined this dental practice after being unhappy with the service at my previous one. I found them to be caring, informative and proactive. I had missing teeth after them having cracked or broken and I just couldn't get on with dentures so I decided to have implants. The whole process, although quite long and drawn out, was efficient and I am delighted with my 3 new 'teeth'. I have had only a minor problem which was very quickly sorted out. Even the 3 hours in the chair for the insertion of the posts seemed to fly by and I didn't feel a thing. I have also had whitening treatment at the practice and this too is great. I highly recommend this practice for everything from basic dental care to complicated implant treatment. They also have monthly payment plans which include check-ups and hygienist care. I hope to continue to have them care for my teeth, gums and mouth for a long time to come.

I have just finished a course of Invisalign with Israr and couldn't be happier with the results!
Before starting Invisalign I had a gap between my front teeth and overcrowding on my bottom teeth. After a 7 month course of Invisalign the gap between my front teeth has completely closed up and my bottom teeth are perfectly straight. Israr was brilliant during every part of the process, listening carefully to what I wanted to achieve and being on hand all the way through the process to answer my queries and ensure that I would get the result I wanted. He was very professional and passionate about getting the best result possible.
At the end of the Invisalign treatment I also had a fixed retainer fitted behind my front teeth and had a small amount of dental bonding on my front four teeth to level them out. The results are fantastic, the dental bonding is very natural and the fixed retainer is very comfortable.
I would highly recommend Israr and honestly couldn't be happier with my new smile.

Before starting my Invisalign treatment I contacted the treatment coordinator Debby - she was beyond helpful, she rung me out of hours after I emailed and nothing was too much to ask. I ask a lot of questions. I was also aware I needed lots of work doing and was scared of dentists. She was really reassuring and it is a pleasure to know I can contact her if I need anything at all regarding my treatment. As for my dentist, Dr Razaq, I couldn’t sing his praises more. After having a horrific experience with the dentist I neglected my teeth for 15 years, they were in urgent need of some serious TLC. I have had numerous treatments with Imran Rafiq over the past couple of weeks and he has been absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and he takes care to go through everything and make sure you understand with no judgements. I'm so pleased with the work I have had so far, my mouth feels brand new.

I started my Invisalign journey in February 2019. I have always been conscious of my smile and would always smile without showing my teeth. This was because of my top front teeth beginning to over lap and crowding at the bottom.
Thanks to Israr and his team as they have given me the confidence to smile with my teeth. It was a great journey of just over 6 months. Israr was great with communicating and keeping me up to date about the journey. He is very reliable and has a great raw talent. My smile exceeded my expectations! And now I cannot stop myself from smiling. My teeth are much whiter and pearly looking and thats thanks to the Boutique whitening kit which was provided in my Invisalign package and this also included composite bonding! You only get one set of adult teeth in life and I so happy and grateful to Dr Israr!

I recently visited Tulip Dental Practice in an emergency, recieved excellent treatment by Dr Israr. He was very reassuring and explained the procedure thoroughly as I was very nervous, it was totally pain free and the fastest I have ever been in and out of a dentist.
Excellent service, all the staff were very caring and professional, I would highly recommend to everybody I know.

I went to Tulip Dental Practice a few weeks ago for a deep clean and i must say it has been by far my best dental experience i have ever had.I had Dr.Imran Rafiq as my dentist and Debbie as the nurse and they were both amazing.
The nurse,Debbie,was lovely.She went through my medical history with me and was very friendly during the whole visit which made me feel at ease.
Dr.Imran was fantastic,he was very gentle when he did my charting,deep clean and polish.My teeth felt brand new afterwards! I also had xrays taken which we then went through together and he explained everything to me in depth,which no other dentist has ever done.
I also got to meet Dr.Israr Razaq who was also lovely.
Overall,i recommend Tulip Dental to everyone,the atmosphere was really positive,everyone that i got to meet were incredibly friendly yet professional and my experience on the dental chair was just how it should be.Tulip Dental Practice is definitely the place to go to if you have a fear of dentists.
Thank you again and i can't wait to be back for my next check up.

My experience at Tulip Dental Practice was brilliant. Dr Imran Rafiq was very thorough with my examination. He undertook xrays and went through everything with me in detail. He allowed me to ask questions and answered them very kindly and helped me to understand the situation with my teeth. He even took the time out to show me how to floss, use the toothbrush and recommended a Waterpik Waterflosser. No other dentist has ever taken the time out to go through such small yet important day to day stuff with me in terms of cleanliness. Dr. Rafiq’s nurse Debby was very friendly and helped me feel at ease during my exam.

After a routine examination with Dr Imran Rafiq, he showed me my x-rays and went through the scoring he did in between my gums. He mentioned that I have gum disese which came as a surprise as no other previous dentist indicated any early signs of gum disease. Dr. Rafiq then performed a deep clean and was very gentle and thorough. My mouth felt amazing afterwards and very clean. Dr. Rafiq then proceeded to explain how to better manage the gum disease. He advised me on proper brushing techniques, use of interdental brushes and water flossers to enhance my brushing even further. I will most certainly recommend Dr. Imran Rafiq to anyone that would like a very warm and caring dentist.

Although I have always regularly visited the dentist my teeth were in a poor condition and I was very nervous of having treatment due to past experiences.
Dr Razaq explained the treatment that was needed and over the past 18 months the work has been done leaving my teeth a lot healthier.
At every appointment it was explained thoroughly what was going to happen, Dr Razaq was very patient and was happy to stop if I became uncomfortable although this didn't happen as all the treatment was painless.
If like me you are a nervous patient I would definitely recommend this dentist, I am a lot more relaxed before an appointment which makes a huge difference.

I'm normally nervous of dentists and this has stopped me seeking the treatment to get my teeth looking better.
It was quick to get an appointment and the reception staff were really good. And then Dr Razaq was fantastic.
He is very calm, gentle and listens. I was able to discuss my teeth and not feel embarrassed at all for once.
He placed temporary white material on my teeth then and there to show me what my teeth could look like.
I was over the moon - it looked fantastic. I am looking forward to coming back!

Last week I attended Tulip dental practice for a routine examination. From Xrays my dentist found that my tooth was decaying beneath an old crown and recommended replacement as soon as possible. She fully explained the procedure, allowed me plenty of time to ask questions and said I could return the next day to start the course of treatment.
I knew the procedure wouldn't be a particularly pleasant as both the old crown and the underlying decay needed to be removed before a new crown could be made and fitted. It took an hour for my dentist to remove the old crown, but throughout that time, both she and the dental nurse were reassuring, at pains to make me as comfortable as possible, allowing me rests during the procedure and explaining each time what was being done.
They made me feel confident and relaxed throughout and I can only praise their professionalism and patience. Yes my mouth was a bit sore afterwards, but they explained to me that it would be and gave me excellent aftercare advice, to deal with any discomfort.
Thank you, so much, ladies for your care and excellent service. For anyone who is nervous of major dental procedures, I have had extractions, crowns and fillings all done here and everything is done to the highest standards, and I would not hesitate to recommend them all.

I visited Dr Israr Razaq at Tulip Practice for a clean and root canal. I initially saw the hygienist then the dentist. I was very anxious about having the root canal but I was put at ease by both. They were brilliant! They clearly explained as they did each step. When having the root canal done, the dentist repeatedly ensured I was comfortable.
Having heard previously about how painful root canal were, I was pleasantly surprised that I had no pain during the procedure or afterwards.
I would highly recommend Dr Israr Razaq to everyone.
