The reception team are excellent, very friendly and professional. Una, the co-ordinator and linchpin of the whole place, is so down to earth and excellent at what she does. The hygienist experience is like no other I've had, it's definitely a spa experience. The x-ray equipment, cameras and other equipment they use is far better than other dentists I've used. And most of all, my dentist- Dr Vera Da Silva, is incredible. She is an artist. So professional and her skill astounds me. Not like any dentist I've visited in my life (and there have been many over the years)

A piece of enamel on my front left tooth came off on 17th April 2023. I phoned Vitaliteeth and got an appointment with Vera the following morning.
I took the piece of enamel to my appointment and Vera put it back in place and polished my front teeth. I think they actually look better now than before the enamel fell off. You’d never know the tooth had been repaired. The cost was £250 which I thought was a reasonable price.
I also discussed various cosmetic/tooth protection options with Vera and she showed me how my teeth would look after getting this treatment using a temporary mock up procedure. They looked great, but at £800 per tooth it’s not cheap so I’d need to think long and hard about getting this work done.
In conclusion, I’m very happy with the work done and appreciative of Vera seeing me at such short notice.

Lately I have removed wisdom tooth in this clinic and I am very happy what I experienced in this place. When I called that I need emergency appointment due to toothache, I got it booked for the next day. During the examination of the problem, X ray was done to see what is happening, I got antibiotics to reduce infection and I was referred to the specialist and I got lots of care and help from Dr Sharoon Gill. After that I was waiting for the extraction only one week. The clinic has got great teeth extraction specialist (Thank you to Dr. Nikolaos Vourakis!). Actually that was my second tooth extraction here and if I will need more I will back here for sure. Everything was done perfect and with so much care and with very friendly approach. I truly recommend this place. Everybody are nice, specialists are great and dental care is on very good level. Thank you

I recently returned from Turkey after the first visit of an two visit "All on six" total mouth rejuvenation process. I was very pleased with the whole experience, however, within a few day's the bottom plate of fixed temporary teeth had come loose.
I would to say here this was not the fault of the clinic in Turkey, but my rather enthusiastic mouth wash technique! The Turkish Clinic were great and very helpful, they suggested l visit a local dentist.
I turned up at VitaliTeeth first thing in the morning, they brilliant, explained to me that due to legal reasons they couldn't interfere with the treatment (which of course is totally understandable), but they reassured me that it wasn’t a serious problem and my inpla ts were going to be ok.

Rapid and instant VIP service,VitaliTeeth Dental Spa in Edinburgh, Amazingly friendly people ready to help professionally with the greatest approach to customers in pain. As soon as I came in with a mega swore tooth I was instantly looked after and placed on a chair with-in 2min after creating an account.
(Even tho i was in pain for 4 days and was told because i was through NHS I have to wait till the 30th January to see my dentist which is insane and not ok.)
And here i was given instant tablets to relief the pain from the best doctor ive ever met in my life which left me flabbergasted and would 200% recomended who didnt hesitate and sorted instantly instead of booking and wasting time back and forward pointlessly.

Vitali Teeth have been looking after my teeth since 2014 and I have always found them to provide first class treatment and polite, friendly service whether it be the hygienist, dentist, dental nurse or reception staff. Every member of staff I have ever dealt with has left a positive impression and I don’t think that is such a common experience nowadays.
Recently had to have veneers fitted. Treatment undertaken by Dr Vera Da Silva, BDS. While
I’m not one of those people who gets nervous or anxious about a visit to the dentist, she has a smile that would disarm even the most defensive and nervous of patients and communicated clearly throughout several hours of procedure, making sure that I was not in any discomfort, was always aware what was being done, why it was necessary and/or being done and how far through the procedure we were.
Treatment was completed over two sessions. During the first and significantly lengthier appointment she was able to work without my requiring any local anaesthetic although as the session was ending she started to check the tooth which would be worked on during the subsequent session and there was a little more sensitivity than there had been with the others.
Back for second appointment a week later and Dr Da Silva remembered the sensitivity and suggested a local anaesthetic before undertaking any preparatory work on the tooth.
Either she had remembered or she had ensured she had checked my history and had updated their system with sufficient detail that she knew in advance an anaesthetic might be a good idea.
Either way, I have been to dental surgeries in the past where this would most definitely not have been the case. Little touches like that make an impression and instill a sense of confidence in a patient (I think so anyway).
Although dental treatment is expensive I could not be any happier with the result and as for Dr Da Silva, all I can say is that she is an absolutely first class dentist and a pleasure to chat with.
I couldn’t recommend Dr Da Silva, or Vitali Teeth in general, highly enough.

I have visited VitaliTEETH twice in past 2 weeks. What can I say? Very professional, welcoming and warm people. Got my teeth check by a young doctor, I am afraid but name had slipped my mind. He was very informative and explained what will be done and as well about the future. Which was making the appointment for hygienist. Una helped me with that, very lovely lady. Because she was expecting to have some cancellation she made a provisional booking, saved me waiting for long time for my appointment, an extra mile that she didn't have to do, very much appreciated. There was another lady at the reception whose name I didn't catch was pleasant and welcoming too. I think my hygienist was Mrs/Miss Tuttle but might be wrong. Again very welcoming and warm. My name is not easiest to pronounce so she actually wrote down in the file how to pronounce it, that was very respectful and kind gesture, have not seen that before. She explained thoroughly what will be done. During the cleaning she made sure I was OK and offered breaks if I needed. Also explained what is waiting next and gave great tips to keep teeth clean and healthy. All in all, great place to go where you will be looked after and welcomed.

I went in with a jaw problem which would constantly click and sometimes would lock in place. When I explained to them my problem, Dr. Vera told me what the situation was and how to resolve it, which was through composite veneers.
After having the treatment, I immediately noticed clicking was not occurring as often, my jaw no longer locks into place and my teeth look whiter and better.

I recently had two dental implants with Dr Nikolas. The process was painless and Dr Nikolas has been brilliant.
I’ve also had a lot of work done with Dr Vera over the last 6 months - several rear crowns and fillings re-done, and composite bonding on my front teeth. It’s been a long process as there’s been so much work done, but I am very happy with the results. It’s made a massive difference.

I first approached Dr. NIk almost a year ago about the possibility of implants and crowns. He was very open about the extensive treatment I would need, the price breakdown, and the time it would take. Then we began........
The implants were done, almost pain free, over a period of about 6/7 months, and the crowns (which were the 6 front teeth) were completed last week....11/07/20..(due to lockdown). It was quite a long haul, but I was glad I stuck with it, as the results at the end were totally mind blowing, and totally worth the wait.
Not only did I have my (youthful) smile back, but due to the implants, I also had shape to my face back, and it made me look 10 years younger!!!
I can't praise Dr.NIk,, and his team highly enough for his professionalism, and friendship.
If you're thinking of reconstructive dental surgery,, Dr. Nik is your man.

Really impressed! I was in chronic pain due to a failed NHS root canal and I thought my only option was to have the tooth extracted. Luckily I was introduced to Dr Bashir just at the right time who explained that a dental implant was an option. He provided me with all the required information and I did not feel under any pressure to proceed, leaving the choice up to me. Dr Bashir's colleague, Dr Nik carried out the procedure a few weeks later. He was excellent - the whole thing took 45 minutes from start to finish including tooth extraction and placement of the implant. Aftercare was also really good. Now, 1 year later I have a perfect implanted molar that I can eat a steak with. Overall a very professional service at a very high standard that you cannot get from the NHS and so money well spent as far as I am concerned.

I came from Brazil to start a new life in Edinburgh last year and suddenly in my first year I had a huge problem with one of my tooth! My porcelain crown fell and I needed to do something faster! I realized that the best thing it was to extract the rest of my tooth and to make an implant but my dentist (someone who I trust is living in Brazil) and I didn’t know any dentist here also the cost of this kind of treatment is higher than in Brazil! So I decided to go to Brazil and I started there... but this wasn’t a good idea because it will take some time to finish all treatment and at least I needed to return to Brazil more 3 times and if I needed any support no one could help me here! So I started research and I went in Vitali Teeth Dental Spa and everybody there was amazing to me since my first visit! Once I arrived crying a lot because I was worried and I couldn’t smile or to eat and they was very kind all the time!
I started my treatment since the beginning again with Dr Nikoloas and we finished all treatment 2 months after! I left the Vitaliteeth so happy, I really enjoyed everything! DR Nikoloas always to explained every detail and To showed every step to me, everything was made with a lot of care and with high quality! I've just had an implant fitted to a front tooth and I am very happy with the work Dr Vourakis and Dr Bashir have done. Dr Vourakis also insisted on redoing a white filling free of charge to make my smile better and to have less of a noticeable gap between my teeth. The Drs and all of the staff are very professional and welcoming. Special mention to Una who has guided me through the insurance claim process several times now.
I thoroughly recommend Vitaliteeth to anyone who needs a bit more done and wants to make sure they are looked after well with all costs clearly explained up front.

two words - Pure Perfection
I never thought in a million years I would be writing a review about a dentist, until now. The treatment I received from the minute I walked through the door at Vitaliteeth Dental Spa has been outstanding. I needed a fair bit of cosmetic dentistry including four crowns on my front teeth and a bridge on my lower teeth, my mouth was in a bit of a mess and I rarely smiled as a result. I felt relaxed and confident at my initial consultation and before I knew it i had a treatment plan which was thoroughly explained to me so that I fully understood what was involved and it was within my budget which was an added bonus.
I was referred to Dr Nikolaos Vourakis who performed my treatment and to say he was patient with me was to put it mildly, as I am nervous when it comes to the dentist. Not only was he was gentle and professional at all times he made a few suggestions along the way which I am thankful for. If you don't like the injections I would definitely visit this dentist as I didn't feel a thing.
To say that Dr Nikolaos is a perfectionist is to put it mildly, my teeth are beautiful and all i have left to say is.. thank you and for giving me my smile back. :)

I travelled from London for my treatments and was amazed by the state of the art spotless clinic & the gorgeous staff who are warm, wonderful and genuine. Dr Vourakis taught me a breathing technique which completely negated the pain. ZERO PAIN!!! If you have a fear of dental treatment come to this practice. Got to hand it to this lot they know their stuff. I was in this week for a root canal and an extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth. They all stayed late (appointment went from 6-9pm. This Dentist Practice is truly amazing.
I collapsed in the Dentist Surgery due to having a bad migraine from my wisdom tooth - the staff were extremely attentive and very caring, nothing was ever a problem and I would like to thank all the staff for their help. Needless to say my wisdom tooth is now out and I have no more headaches.
More recently, I have been dealing with Katie who is an absolute gem. She is hysterically funny and I am always in fits of laughter when I go in to the Dental Practice. I recently visited Vitaliteeth Dental Spa, what a delightful experience. I had a massive filling fall out along with the side of the tooth. Nervous about going to the dentist I was made to feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Katy Baldwin is amazing, she had me on the chair discussing all the options and to be honest it felt like I was at the hairdressers.
Within about an hour I had the massive gap filled with a cerac inlay. I watched the inlay being made it was fantastic.
All the support staff were great asking if I wanted tea, coffee, water they all looked after me so well.
I walked out of the surgery feeling like I had just been pampered.
