Not normally one to leave a review but I had such a positive experience that it felt like the least I could do. Returned to the practice 4 years after completing my treatment (metal braces). The orthodontist recognised me and was so lovely, putting me at ease right away. I was amazed at the equipment; it's undergone massive upgrades in the 4 years since I was a patient and it really made the experience. No part of the procedure was unpleasant and it was all very clean, quiet and unhurried. Absolutely stellar care, very happy patient :) Thank you Karen!
