Our experience with Swindon Orthodontics has been exceptional from the very beginning. Every member of the team has been absolutely wonderful — not only professional, but exceptionally kind, empathetic, and always willing to help whenever they can.
The communication has been truly outstanding. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, and we never felt rushed at any point. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed, and each one was answered with patience and care, which made a huge difference in helping us feel comfortable and confident.
From the reception staff to the nurses and the orthodontist, everyone works seamlessly together to create a welcoming and supportive environment. We’ve had two appointments so far for my daughter, who will be starting her braces journey, and both visits have been incredibly well organised and stress-free.
What really sets this practice apart is the level of care from start to finish. The end-to-end service is exceptional — honestly surpassing some private practices — which makes it even more impressive that this is provided through the NHS.
We feel completely confident in the treatment plan and very grateful for the care our daughter is receiving. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to others.

I came here as an adult looking to get braces as I wasn't happy with my smile, and had some jaw alignment issues. I'm a few months into the treatment but can't recommend Swindon Orthodontics enough. The receptionists have been really kind, accommodating and I was really impressed by their service. I was treated really well and everyone was so kind. The treatment has been smooth, and it really feels like the employees are treated well too, I almost felt like everyone there was one big family. Highly recommend for adults - I had a slight underbite, which is being fixed, and on my first consultation Dominic made a really lovely comment which was a comparison toward how Disney Princes, and how they tend to have bigger more protruding jaws in the cartoons, saying it makes them look more masculine - it was a small comment but made me feel much more confident in my jaw and less anxious about getting braces as an adult. I'm a few months into the treatment and honestly weirdly look forward to going to the dentist now?

At all stages we have been provided with information both verbally and electronically and they ensured we don’t have any further questions.
The orthodontist who attached (bonded) my daughter brace took time to explain what she could and couldn’t eat, how to clean her teeth (and with models to show exactly how) and what ‘accessories’ were available (dental wax is a must!).

New retainers £130. Price went up by £50 but they now use scanning for the moulding instead of the gums. It's much cleaner, comfortable, and fast.
Still to collect them next week, as collect or fitted with them.

I have been kept informed at all times what is happening (and due to happen next) and am really happy with the end result. I would like to make a special shout out to Trina who couldn’t have been more helpful when I struggled at the last hurdle with my retainer. Trina was incredible at helping me and made a really difficult situation so much better as I struggled to fit the retainer in without exceptional discomfort. If anyone does not have straight teeth. This is a good choice for you. I have braces rn and I have went to them appointments for 8 maybe 9 or even 10, and this is also basically in NHS so for every appointment you have, it's free of charge. But you have to go to their desk and say that you or if you are a parent then you need to show you or your child that is here and they will say to you you have to wait. But the only thing that I hate is that the whole Orthodontics centre is literally a bloody hous and toy have to park your car right where is the outlet center and then you can go down to the Orthodontics centre.
