I've avoided the dentist for 20 years after extensive orthodontal treatment as a child. I am also very nervous about needles.
I went to Feltham Dental Care after I broke my tooth and needing emergency dental care. Dr Dudhia was wonderful, even though I spent the first 10 mins of my appointment standing by the door because I was afraid! He understood my worries, never seemed judgemental of the fact I hadn't been to the dentist for years and came up with a treatment plan based on minimising the number of injections and the long term health of my teeth. He was honest about my options, and compassionate to my fears.
The best compliment I give is that I have been back for a few appointments since, even voluntary ones. I've had treatment on 6 teeth and had no issues with any of them.

My appointment was at 11 20 and for some reasons on that day there was a long wait for the buses, I have to get 2 buses to get there and it was a rainy day as well. I tried calling the practice to let them know that I was running late but when I called a man would answer and he wasn't from the practice. So I reached there at 11 50 and I apologised to the receptionist, explained what happened and asked her to rebook my appointment. She then sent a message to the dentist, asked her if she was going to see me or if she had to rebook my appointment and much to my surprise, she agreed to see me. I was very grateful that they were helpful both the receptionist and the dentist and that I was seen even though I was late. I have been going to Feltham dentist for I think about 15 years and am very happy everybody is polite, helpful and professional. Even my 4 years old daughter likes to go with me because they are so nice to her and give her stickers. A very big thank you to everyone and I am proud of you all and thank you for seeing me on that day.

From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Mohamed Dudhia who performed my root canal was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, explaining the procedure in detail and addressing all of my concerns.
The treatment itself was carried out with precision and care, and I was impressed by the dentist's attention to detail throughout the process. Despite the reputation root canals have for being uncomfortable, I experienced minimal discomfort thanks to the dentist's expertise and gentle approach. I asked Mohamed if I could put in my airpods so I can blank out the noise and he was more than happy for me.
Following the procedure, the staff provided me with comprehensive aftercare instructions to ensure a smooth recovery. I truly appreciate their dedication to patient care and satisfaction.

Came to Feltham Dental Care upon recommendation for Invisalign treatment. With so many dentist claiming to offer this treatment I wanted to be sure I was coming to one of the best. Terrific practice and team there - very modern and clean practice and very friendly staff. My dentist was Dr. Sharandeep Purewal who was exceptional from my first consultation right to the conclusion of my Invisalign course. Feltham dental care were able to take into account all of my queries and expectations and were very attentive throughout my treatment with regular checkups and aftercare. I feel they treated me like a proper patient and not just a customer. They are clearly experts in this treatment and I cannot recommend more highly - my teeth were crooked before Invisalign and now my teeth are entirely straight - I can’t believe the effectiveness of the treatment. Many thanks to Feltham dental care and Sharandeep in particular for all their help.
