My daughter got her braces here in November 2022 the staff were brilliant and professional. They made her feel at ease and explained everything, they also didn't rush her with any questions. All her follow up appointments also went brilliantly. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The team at Highland Orthodontics are cheerful, patient and positive. Since my registration over two years ago, the administration (shout out to the reception team); customer service, and treatment (Dr. Buchanan and his team of therapists are skilled and professional at what they do) has been second to none. The practice is run effortlessly and smoothly. The attention to detail, clear communication and professionalism is refreshing given we have all far too often experienced mediocre service at extortionate prices. Special kudos to the team for how they navigated a way through the pandemic, these guys, and gals, were troopers: prioritising clients and always thinking of their needs first. Their authentic approach in treatment is transparent and reassuring; they genuinely care. Got my braces at Highland Orthodontics and had such a great experience. All staff take such good care of you and really make you feel at ease. A special mention for Sara - she was my favourite 😅 so lovely and bubbly.
