When I first called to book an appointment, the reception team was warm and helpful, taking time to understand my concerns about a persistent toothache and fitting me in quickly. They also sent a clear email with directions, parking information, and a list of what to bring, which made planning my visit stress-free.
On the day of my appointment, I was greeted by name within minutes of arriving. The reception area is bright and comfortable, and I was given a brief form to update my medical details – the staff even helped me fill it out when I had a question about one of the sections.
Next, I was shown through to the treatment room by my dentist, Dr.Samantha and nurse Noora(who introduced themselves and explained their role clearly). They started by asking me to describe my symptoms in my own words, then carried out a thorough initial examination – including checking my teeth, gums, and taking a small digital X-ray to get a clear view of the issue. They walked me through every image on the screen, pointing out exactly what they could see and explaining that I needed a filling to address a cavity before it caused further problems.
Before starting the procedure, they went over all the steps in detail: how they would prepare the tooth, the type of filling material they’d use (and why it was the best option for my case), how long it would take, and what to expect in terms of sensation. They also asked if I had any questions and made sure I felt completely comfortable before beginning.
During the treatment, the team checked in with me regularly to ensure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. The dentist worked carefully and efficiently, and the dental nurse was on hand to assist, keep me informed about each stage, and even offer me a glass of water when I needed it.
Once the filling was complete, they showed me the finished result in a mirror, explained how to care for the area in the coming days, and scheduled a follow-up check-up to make sure everything was healing well. They also gave me a printed leaflet with aftercare instructions and tips for maintaining good oral health, and took time to answer all my questions about brushing techniques and flossing.
The billing process was transparent too – they explained the cost of the treatment upfront, confirmed which parts would be covered by my dental plan, and provided a clear itemized receipt.
From the initial phone call to the final follow-up arrangement, every member of staff at High Brooms Dental Clinic went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for and informed. Their helpfulness, expertise, and patient-focused approach have made me feel completely at ease about dental care, and I’ll definitely be returning for all my future needs.

I visited the newly renovated High Brooms Dental Clinic this morning - what a transformation - looks amazing! I was greeted my a very welcoming and professional receptionist who issued me with a treatment consent form to sign and then asked me to take a seat in the waiting area.
My dental nurse, Nurse Amantle came through to greet and collect me and took me to the practice room where my dentist Dr Asin was waiting to greet me and get me settled in the chair.
I had a thorough check up; some gentle coaching/coaxing about my need to use tp brushes and floss daily and then Dr Asin checked the appointment system and advised me that there were two available hygienist slots for the that afternoon - fantastic!
I went back to reception, whereby another kind member of three person front of house team, booked my 9 month check up for January 2026, booked my hygienist appointment for this afternoon and collected payment for my check up!
Excellent customer care throughout my patient journey today - thank you all!

Lat year during my treatment I had a medical emergency! All the staff were so helpful and concerned. And I was the last patient before closing. As I had driven there, they insisted I should not drive home and due to the seriousness of my condition called an ambulance and waited until it arrived long after the time they should have gone home. I have been seeing Maggie at HBDC for years and have always been very pleased with my treatment. Maggie is very friendly and now my children see her too. Maggie and her nurses always make us feel welcome and talk through any treatment needed clearly. I highly recommend her.

I'm a nervous patient, so I'm a pain in the butt! Can't help it always been like it. This was my 1st visit to any dentist in over 10 yes. I needed a cple of back teeth out, my absolute worst fear. As soon as I entered I was greeted by pleasant staff at the desk. When I met my dentist and her assistant I was clearly flustered 😆. But they both made me feel at ease, comfortable and I didn't feel silly for stressing.

Lovely dentist. I have had some horrible experiences previously, so it is really encouraging to repeatedly have positive experiences!
Parking is a bit of a pain as there is only on street capabilities and it is right by a train station that serves London.
The premises is a little worn on the outside, but modern, clean and bright inside. I find it accessible with my mobility limitations.
I see Charlotte, and she is thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I feel listened to and treated as an individual. Never worried about going to an appointment.
I also attend hygienist appointments there, absolutely fantastic a, s well.

My son is usually quite anxious about going to the dentist, but Ashin was incredibly patient and kind, and took the time to explain everything that was happening to him. As for myself, I had a couple of fillings done, and Ashin was very gentle and efficient. She took the time to explain the procedure and answered all of my questions, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in her care.

Respecting the people who work there on a daily basis is key in these times of social distancing, and face masks. The receptionists are on the front line to the public and deserve our patience and understanding, and to comply with their safety protocols.
