This is the best dentist experience I’ve had.
I’ve never liked going to dentists in general and after a negative experience I avoided getting treatment.
I’m so pleased to have found this practice. Angela is a great dentist and makes you feel at ease and always takes time to provide the best advice and care. The nurses and the girls at the front desk are always helpful, friendly and welcoming too.
I needed a fair bit of treatment but I’m very pleased with the results.
Thanks to Angela and team I’ve got a better attitude towards my dental health and my anxiety about dentists too!

I’ve just completed Invisalign tooth straightening, some minor cosmetic tooth bonding and tooth whitening to improve my smile and oral health overall. Throughout the treatment Dr Angela Watson and the whole team of nurses, hygienists and receptionists have been wonderful.
From the outset of the treatment everything was carefully planned to a timescale, thoroughly explained to me and the costs fixed.
Invisalign removable aligners really suited me because I was able to remove them for cleaning and flossing and they were hardly noticeable to others and I soon got used to wearing them.
Throughout the treatment Angela was really supportive and encouraging and always responded straightaway with feedback on my progress.
At the last appointment recently Angela was as delighted with the outcome as I was and I would not hesitate to recommend her and her team to anyone considering this or other dental work in Dundee.

However, Angela Watson at Discovery Dental Care helped me feel completely comfortable and at ease during my examination and my fillings. She told me which tool she would use next and how it would feel against my teeth each time, and explained the procedure before and during, and this made it very easy for me to stay relaxed during the work. I used to be terrified of the dentist but working with Angela, I have been able to complete Invisiline treatment and composite bonding to get my dream smile!
We planned my treatment out together and I had a rough estimate of when things would be completed by and Angela was so transparent about the process and the cost.
We got my teeth healthy before we did any cosmetic work and Angela always took her time to explain the process to me- especially when she used the drills as that used to cause a lot of anxiety!
The atmosphere was always so welcoming and the entire team were always smiling and chatting away which really did help my nerves throughout the entire process!
I genuinely cannot recommend Angela and all the dental nurses enough and I cannot stop smiling either!

After attending the open day at Discovery Dental Care I decided to go ahead with Invisalign treatment and am so glad I did. Angela was great with me throughout - very reassuring and always explained everything well. On the first day I thought I would never get used to wearing the retainers but was amazed how quickly I got used to them and it soon felt more weird when I didn’t have them in! You really couldn’t see them at all so I felt confident wearing them all day. My teeth weren’t awful before but after a few months are now perfectly straight which I love. I did the teeth whitening after treatment as well which I did find made my teeth sensitive but only for the day after. Would definitely recommend Invisalign and Discovery Dental Care to anyone considering it!

Since a very traumatic experience with the dentist when I was only about 5 years old, I finally plucked up the courage a few months ago to make an appointment with Discovery Dental via a video call.
After explaining to the dentist that I have not seen one in 16 years (Yes 16 years because I have been so petrified) She was completely understanding and talked me through everything and gave me the confidence to go and get checked up.
Today I have been for my first treatment and have to go back shortly for follow up. But I cant tell you how big a weight has been lifted off my shoulders because of Discovery Dental.
She was so professional, understanding and really caring considering my fear.
But I can now say my fear is FINALLY past tense because of how amazing she was and would 1000% recommend them. Thank you, thank you, thank you 😁😁😁😁

I started my journey to straighten my teeth during lockdown and can't fault the service I received. It was all really straightforward and Angela was great with any questions I had, even if I only had them in between visits. I'm really happy with the end result and have received lots of compliments about them even though I didn't think it was a major change, more something that I noticed more than other people (apart from Angela!) I don't hide behind anything when I'm smiling anymore. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking if it's worthwhile.

I had wanted to get my teeth straightened for a long time but could never justify the cost. My dentist, Angela Watson, knew this and when there was a new interest free payment method it was offered to me. I never felt pressured or cajoled but I was given all the information about the Invisalign treatment that allowed me to take a considered decision.
The treatment was going to plan until the Covid pandemic through a spanner in the works. Discovery Dental worked really hard to come up with alternative arrangements to keep things moving forward and their communication was excellent throughout.
I am delighted with the results and would happily recommend this friendly dental practice to anyone.
