Everyone is so pleasant and my appointment was on time.

I dreaded the dentist for most of my life but the switch to confidental has been a life changer. I’ve now been going for around 8 months and in that time I have vastly improved my dental hygiene and even decided to get Invisalign which I couldn’t have imagined in the past. I’ve always been greeted nicely by the reception team. Sandeep is such a helpful, warm and professional dentist who puts you at ease from the minute he greets you in reception. He clearly explains everything and makes sure you’re calm and comfortable. Katrina as a hygienist is probably the nicest dental professional I have ever met - friendly, not judgemental, as well as being thorough!

Been a Confidental customer for 25 years and I used to hate the dentist. But not once have I had a bad experience. The team are superb and it’s just like dropping by to see friends. From Reception right through they are super friendly and professional and completely pain and stress free. They have the best technology and super clean environment. I called Confidental at 8am today, due to having pulled off my crown whilst flossing my teeth last night....🤦‍♀️ Luckily I found it and desperately wanted an emergency appointment today to re-cement it (as it was at the front of my mouth). I am a very nervous dental patient. I got an appointment for later today and was SO grateful 🙏 I had to take my 3 year old grandbaby with me. I saw Bali and her dental nurse and both were amazing, so calming and kind. The crown was refixed with no pain or fuss, and my little granddaughter watched on in awe and asked why I couldn't just put my tooth under the cushion for the tooth fairy.....💕 Bali, invited her to have a ride in the dentists chair up & down and she got a princess sticker aswell. A great experience from my perspective and my little granddaughter left saying what a lovely time she'd had at the dentist's.....Definitely NOT something you hear everyday!! Confidental you are THE BEST...👏

Best dentist ever was seen by Dr Deepak after seeing his reviews. Did root canal treatment.. explained everything in detail and did a very good job. My other dentist in another practise had suggested to remove the tooth but Deepak managed to save it.. Would highly recommend.

Well, what can I say, It’s like walking into a 5 star hotel, checking in, being offered a coffee if delays occur and sitting on a comfy sofa whilst watching tv until your preferred dental professional comes and gets you, the extremely clean and professional and calming practise offers dental care equivalent to the United States of America. If you care about your dental health (and you should) use this wonderful dental practise for highly skilled professional dental care. - also the hygienist service is second to absolutely none. —- what are you waiting for —- book ..! I went for a routine check with my daughter and we had a fantastic time with Dr Sandeep. He was excellent as usual. Always checking the general wellbeing of his patients. We just walked straight to the treatment room the moment we got there. There was no waiting time.

I've been a patient for over ten years. The main reason I like Confidental is they will always see me ASAP if I have bad toothache. They are very professional and make sure they reserve sufficient time for treatment. i.e. no rushing to get the job done. A consequence of that is they are not the very cheapest but they are not extortionate either. I would say they charge just the right amount to ensure they can provide a service of the highest standard. They are all very good dentists there trained at King's College London. I would say S is slightly more personable and D very professional and competent. V is in between. They also have a female dentist B who IMO is excellent at putting patients at their ease. Frankly though, they are all very good, well trained and know what they are doing. Oh and lets not forget the receptionists. Since quite a few people including myself, are quite scared of dentists, its the receptionists who you have first contact with and they are very important at putting you at ease. If you have a really bad toothache, they understand and will do everything they can to get you seen ASAP. A real credit to the practice. All in all highly recommended.

I can’t recommend confidental enough! Nothing is too much trouble. They looked after my grandparents for many years. In the past they have taken my partner in as an emergency on a Sunday when his tooth broke. Most recently my partner has been in pain with a mouth infection with no help from his gp. The practice offered to see him free of charge and gave the correct advice and medication he needs. Going to the dentist is something I dread, the receptionists are aware of this and always go out their way to keep me calm. All the staff really do go above and beyond

I have had a fear of dentists for as long as I can remember, more so after my last dental experience 4 years ago. A friend recommended Confidental and suggested I went to see Bali. Even though my friend was there I was extremely nervous. Bali couldn't have been nicer and more importantly understood my fear of dentists. Both Bali and her equally lovely assistant were very calm and helped me to feel more at ease. Fast forward 2 weeks I now have a dental plan. I have had treatment plus some extractions! In spite of having had some oral sedation I have never experienced such a positive experience at a dentist -ever! I went to Confidential Dental due to my current dental practice not being able to extract one of my teeth, although they tried twice! I had been referred to a specialist who also couldn't help me and then referred me to have the tooth surgically removed, but I was expected to wait up to a year, which I could no longer cope with due to the pain. So I called confidential, explained the situation to see if they could help. Today I saw Sandeep, I thought I would have to wait to have the tooth removed but to my surprise my long awaited extraction took place today, I am a nervous client and I was made to feel safe, at ease and was very well taken care of. I cannot thank you all enough for helping me today. my tooth was badly cracked and infected, held together by a filling. I was worried that it would shatter on removal but Sandeep was very gentle and did not rush the process and got it out with out it shattering. I had no excess bleeding, in fact hardly any bleeding at all and very little pain after the aesthetic wore off. I felt so confident with this practice that I am going to change my dentist to this one. I cannot recommend this practice enough. Thank you all and I will be in touch soon to become a new client once my extraction has heeled.

As a nervous patient I kept constantly changing dentists as I never felt relaxed with them either from the approach of dentists treating me or because of receptionists. After experiencing excruciating pain I have booked emergency appointment with lovely receptionist over the phone and was treated by Dr Deepak Mohal who helped me not only from pain, but also saved the tooth that my previous dentist said it can't be saved. Dr. Deepak kept me relaxed and made sure I'm okay along the whole procedure. All I regret is that I did not found this practice sooner. Thank you!

I have been a part of Confidental since I was around 8 years old, I am now 25 and travel back over an hour every 6 months for my check up with Vishal and hygiene appointment with Lucy. I have had such an amazing experience at this dentist that I refuse to go to another practise more local to my new home. They are all very knowledgeable, welcoming and informative. I am part of their monthly payment plan which makes private dentist appointments more affordable. I can’t fault Confidental at all and would highly recommend attending this practise for any dental needs!

I booked a same day emergency appointment which was a huge deal for me as I’m the most nervous patient and have avoided dentists for the last few years. After a meltdown in the waiting room the kindest nurse (Katy) and amazing reception team looked after me like nothing was too much. Dr Bali Dhaliwal and her nurse Katy were the most gentle, patient, friendly and helpful duo who took amazing care of me and put me at ease, treated me there and then and I felt no pressure and was not rushed despite my needing to do everything in small steps. Dr Deepak isn’t my normal dentist but he saw me the next day and correctly identified a problem that has been bothering me for ages. If it wasn’t for him I would have gone on holiday to a quite remote place and could have had really serious problems. He is a great dentist and I’m very grateful to him.

Just returned from a holiday in Spain saved by the fantastic treatment from Tilly Houston and her team. They managed to replace a broken front crown in a week! Just completed the final fitting of my implant. This is 2nd one and it went as smoothly as the first. Vishal recommended removing an adjacent tooth, putting in a new implant and using base of existing implant so that I had 3 teeth spread across two posts. Feels great so far, but it's early days but I'm optimistic for the future of it. After a good experience the first time I was not as worried this time around. I would not waste money on any more crowns but go for the implant option as although more expensive, it is potentially a better long term solution in my opinion.

I am so glad my friend recommended I try Confidental. The staff are always friendly and efficient and there is plenty of impressive and up to date equipment. But best of all the treatment offered is first class. For most of my life I believed that local anaesthetic just didn't work for me. When I started seeing Sandeep I realised that was not true. Genuinely pain free dentistry is possible. I have had crowns, a root canal treatment and an extraction - all pain free. I also appreciate Sandeeps 'conservative' approach - he will sometimes say 'it will need doing in the future but there is no need just yet.' I really trust his judgement and who would have thought it was possible to actually feel rather relaxed in the dentist's chair?

I am someone who for the past 10 years has been going to the dentist and hygienist regularly, as I like to keep my teeth in good condition. I recently moved house in to the local area and signed up with Confidental. Having recently done my first check up appointment and first hygienist appointment, I can say that without a doubt, Confidental Practice is the best dentist I have ever been a patient of. From the first initial call with the delightful receptionist Katie, everything was absolutely brilliant. The process was very clearly explained to me, the sign up and forms process is slick - all done through technology and online forms - they have a private car park so arriving is not stressful with having to find parking, the actual practice is beautiful and modern and kept immaculately clean. The ladies on reception are fabulous, huge smiles as though they are delighted to see you every time you come in, so super friendly and engaging with the patients. My dentist was Doctor Bali Dhaliwal and my dental nurse was Katy. They were both brilliant, making me super comfortable, explaining everything they were doing and chatting away to me; first time I have ever had a female dentist, so great to see the diversity in the practice. I then had Katrina as my hygienist and again, really thorough, really gentle and so, so nice. Everyone talked a lot about preventative treatments and taking measures to avoid expensive treatment in the future which is really good to see and from the first moment you enter, you feel you can trust them all because of the environment they create. Final note, the technology is brilliant; lots of screens so you can see what is going on whilst it is happening and they have really invested in to the patient experience. In addition, whilst the screens are not in use, they use them to display their practice values, which they appear to live and breathe through the way they interact with people. Highly, highly recommended. Would not go anywhere else now I have seen the precedent that has been sent my Confidental. Thank you everyone!

Extremely painful tooth out of hours, my own dentist wasn't available so a quick Google search and look at the reviews and I contacted Confidental in the hope they would be able to assist. All I can say is what an excellent experience! From the point of making a call, reception quickly arranged for me to be seen and I was in the chair within 15 minutes and the troublesome tooth extracted 10 minutes later. The whole operation was a slick as a F1 pit crew, everything was explained clearly and Sandeep and his team really made me feel at ease during the whole process. Many thanks for saving me from a sleepless and painful night!

A tooth that broke -Deepak assessed within 24 hours, options given - filling or crown. Opted for crown, as a big space to fill. Measured, baked, fitted, adjusted. There may be a tiny adjustment left but that will be in a little while. Got to ask questions, feel in control of the answers and decisions. Feel in great hands..this is why I travel to see my dentist!

Brilliant dentists and reception staff. Best dental practice I've ever been to and I'm 78 years young.

Bali the dentist and Katy the dental nurse were excellent. Bali is very professional and has completed the work with attention to detail both with her work and with myself making sure that everything was going OK and asking if everything was going OK from my side - which obviously it was, ref. the 5 stars. Then I received an unexpected follow up call this morning just to check how things were and how I was feeling. Very professional service :-)

What a fab dentist experience! I felt so comfortable and at ease, as I had not really experienced this before! Went with a second opinion in mind, and ended up wanting to change my current dentist! Besides great dental attention, reception ladies were extremely friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble! Would recommend anyone with doubts to visit this practice. Just had a second appointment with Sandeep who sorted out a problem for me, just three days till Christmas! So very glad he could see me. I went to see Deepak starting in February and he made an achy tooth feel better from that first meeting. Pain rooted from a cracked tooth from deep within. I’d been a few times more after that for a filling and a crown to save my tooth. I liked how he explained each process and even showed how the crown was made. Fantastic service from the whole team

I had my teeth whitening 🦷 process done with a lovely lady called Tilly Houston who went through every step with me an assured me at times when my teeth were very sensitive that it was all completely normal concept of the whole process, I am so pleased with the outcome of my teeth there beyond my expectations & are gleaming so pearly white! Could not have gone anywhere else it was exceptional :) I can now smile with so much more confidence

I had the most awful toothache , and tried a few dentists more local to me, but could not get an appointment til March, however when I called Confidental, they got me an appointment that evening, the staff were really helpful and when I saw the dentist he put me at ease and done everything possible to get my situation resolved on the day, unfortunately that was not possible so he sent me away with antibiotics and made an appt for me to come back a few days later. I went back and within 30 minutes I was completely pain free. I would definitely recommend this dentist to any one that is looking for a dentist or wanting to change from their current one.

As per normal, excellent clinical care and chair side manner from Sandeep. It was reassuring to see the practice has retained two anti-COVID19 protocols. (a) distanced seating in the waiting area (b) a two lane, “traffic” separation system separating patients entering and leaving the practice.

I have had appointments with Bali and Sandeep. Both dentists are excellent, taking time to explain what options are available. The nurses are friendly and always call you in with a friendly smile and comforting words, great if you're a nervous patient! Both dentists answer all questions completely, giving you time to make any decisions required! I have complete confidence in the dental care that they provide and would highly recommend Confidential!

I phoned Confidental on Monday morning with bad toothache and got an emergency appointment before lunch. As this needed further treatment and there were no available appointments all week, Deepak and his assistant kindly offered to stay on after hours to treat my infected tooth. I was most impressed with this service and very grateful.

Before coming to Confidental, I was terrified of the dentist and only ever went if I was in pain. A much needed tooth extraction forced me to attend a few months ago and it was the most life changing experience - zero pain and the most kind and patient dentist and dental nurse. I cannot thank Dr Vishal and Eve enough for giving me such a positive experience that changed the way I feel about visiting the dentist. I have since had other work done which has been just as positive and am now having my teeth straightened, something I had wanted for years but never thought possible due to my fear.

I had my 6 more monthly hygienist appointment with the lovely Kate, so kind, gentle and caring, highly recommend.

In the midst of a full transformation with implants top and bottom with Sandeep. I am terrified of the dentist but the gentle approach, clear explanation and pain free treatment I have makes the experience one that I can do. As a result, I won’t have to face a future with bad teeth and/or I’ll fitting dentures. I can’t recommend the practice more highly. I now live at some distance but will keep them as my dentist whatever.

The best place to go when only the best is Good enough. The bite on the temporary dentures is perfect I am finding it hard to recognise my self with these because I had my eye teeth cut out of the roof of my mouth when I was 14 and it did give my mouth a different appearance, also I hate dentures. I do realise my mouth has changed a lot in the last 5 years. Confidential always produce the highest quality work & I am confident the end result will be 100% Work going on well, pleased. Set back, two implants failed & temporary teeth plate broken.

I’ve been going to Confidental for nearly 10 years now and have never had a bad experience. Sandeep and his team are extremely professional, helpful and gentle. The prices are very reasonable for the high level of care you receive and all the staff have always been very polite, great communications too before and after each appointment. My boyfriend had not been to the dentist for over 10 years due to a bad childhood experience and I have finally managed to convert him after seeing Sandeep and receiving a fantastic level of care.

I have needed extensive treatment to replace a lost crown and fit a bridge where it was not possible to fit a new crown. Excellent service from a very friendly and professional dentist and his dental nurse.

I highly recommend Confidental Dental Practise! I went there for the first time 2 days ago, for an emergency appointment, needing an urgent root canal treatment. I was in so much pain and I was going abroad in a few days, so I was very nervous and stressed by the situation. The receptionist was very welcoming, kind and helpful. In less than half an hour Dr Deepak visited me being very friendly and caring, listening to me, explaining to me very clearly all the options I had in that moment and giving me all the time I needed to make my choice. I really appreciated this. Throughout the whole procedure Dr Deepak made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as he's very professional and friendly. Warm and welcoming practice with friendly staff that immediately put you at ease and offer all the information you could possibly need. I hadn’t visited a dentist for some time but wasn’t met with judgement just a listening ear and understanding. A thorough examination and discussion of needs and desires led to a plan being drawn up with all of the expenses laid bare and an extremely reasonable dental plan offered. Which was then emailed to me with pictures taken during the appointment and an overview of everything discussed. There was no pressure to book in for the treatments but it was made clear what was a priority so I can plan how to afford it in my own time. This was an overwhelming relief as having been let down by nhs practices I’ve chosen to go private. Absolutely the best decision I could have made. Deepak and Katy were emergency dental heroes for my 7-year-old daughter, who'd knocked out an adult front tooth. They stayed after hours to help reseat her tooth and install a wire to try to help it stay in place, all while keeping me informed and keeping my daughter calm. It's early days, but if the reattachment is successful it'll be entirely down to the quick action and dedication of Deepak and Katy, and I can't thank them enough.

Excellent service - everything just how it should be

I joined this dental practice when I wanted my teeth straightened. I have remained a customer since and over the years this practice has never failed to delivery the highest quality service you could hope for. I have moved away from the area now but I'm still planning to travel from Banbury for appointments. Whether it's for a check-up, cleaning or something going wrong (like my retainer wire coming off) this practice will have you covered. Obviously it's more expensive than the NHS alternative but well worth the money if you can afford it.

We enjoyed the usual care and friendliness on our recent appointments. Also for our next visit in March the staff have been most flexible in accommodating us as we travel from Lancashire.

I first went to Confidental in August for an emergency appointment and they squeezed me in at last minute. From the moment i walked through the door I was greeted by very friendly staff and made to feel right at home. The dentist was incredible and so lovely that I booked in for a total teeth check up which was great and gave me an idea of what needed doing. Since then I've also had a hygienist appointment which was pain free. I'd also suggest signing up for their membership as it makes everything really affordable. Don't think you'll find a better dentist anywhere. I travel 20 miles because it's that good!

I highly recommend this dental practice. I went in for my first check up after a year of travelling. Deepak was great and made me feel really comfortable. I was very pleased with the service and I am looking forward to my next visit.

The whole confidential team are great, always friendly and helpful. I have been with confidential for a few years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Sandeep and his nurse Una and the Hygienist Michele Nevett are the ones I see and they are all excellent. Attention to detail is remarkable and they always ensure I know exactly what's going to happen and make sure I'm happy and have a lovely smile bye the time I leave the surgery.

Very friendly staff, very professional very clean. the Staff have always dealt with any teeth problems i have had within a matter of hours, i had really bad tooth ache once and they saw me straight away . I'm a very nervous patient and they put me at ease.

So after 9 months finally I have my braces off :) I would like to thank my lovely, professional and caring dentist Deepak and Sandeep for giving me a new smile. I also want to thank you for your kindness and all the hardwork you have done and looked after me during my treatment, you have done an amazing job :) I am so happy with the results and I can happily SMILE now, can't thank you enough. I am the worst patient! So scared of Dentists I would rather have my knee replacement op without anaesthetic than have dental treatment! However, I plucked up the courage and saw Deepak at Confidental. I needed a full set of dentures and teeth out (10). After wringing my hands, biting my nails to the bone and sleepless nights worrying the big day arrived. I had sedation and here I am 4 days later singing the praise of Deepak and his team. I cannot fully express how completely and utterly I trust Deepak. Although I vaguely remember what happened I felt no pain at all, he even put some gel on my gums as I was petrified of having that injection in my mouth. Please, PLEASE if you are like me and want to check that I really am pleased with his treatment phone Deepak and he will pass my number onto you. Don't be like me and wait until your teeth need to be pulled out for a lovely smile, go and see Deepak, he really can help your nerves. xx

Good dental practice...and the dentists always explain the reasons for any treatment.... and options available...I always feel confident they do the right thing..which for me is most important.

Like many, I am really scared about dental treatment...but Deepak has always been conscious of this and very reassuring. I am beginning to worry less.. I wouldn't go as far as to say I "enjoy" the visits, but nothing like as scared as previously. I would never go anywhere else!

I came yesterday with a loose crown and unfortunately it could not be repaired as it had cracked and i had to have an extraction, but i cannot tell you how grateful i was for Deepak and his assistant, made me feel at ease, not a very pleasant experience at all, but i cannot thank you all enough for your support.

I was seen by Deepak and his nurse Rusam today for a follow up appointment in order to have a filling as well as my fissures sealed. He was able to clearly show me on the screen of his modern equipment exactly where the problem was and how he was going to administer the treatment plan. The whole process was over in no time with no discomfort at all. Would just like to thank him as well as all his support staff for his empathetic and proffessional service.

I was a really nervous about going to the dentist, I finally decided I must overcome my fear. I telephoned and explained this to the receptionist who was kind, thoughtful and put me at me ease. I made an appt. with Deepak, saw the hygienist and had a written plan of treatment required and the cost. Since my initial visit I have totally overcome my fears. Thank you.

Orthodontics can be a big commitment, so it's important to choose the right dental practice to get the most out of your time (& money). After much research, I had a vision of my ideal dental practice and Confidental best fit that profile. I went in with high expectations and I wasn't disappointed. Along with the convenient opening hours, I was also very fond of the brilliant customer service provided by Deepak and the rest of the Confidental team. They were all very welcoming and together create a friendly atmosphere which is noticeable as soon as you walk into the building. The little attention to detail, such as appointment reminders via email & text, free WiFi or sending a birthday card, is what separates Confidental from other dental practices. I'm very happy with the results from my orthodontic treatment and I would highly recommend Confidental to anyone seeking dentistry in Sandhurst or near the area.

Always professional, I wouldn't let anyone else near my mouth, best dental practice for miles. If I moved to Cornwall I would come back to visit this practice. Lucy is an awesome hygienist, she does get booked up rapidly so you do have to plan ahead.

I get sent reminders and the telephone is answered straight away. I can change my appointment easily and I also like seeing the same excellent team.

Confidential Smiles provided a very professional service in very comfortable surroundings. Could not recommend this dentist highly enough as the dentist gave me a thorough teeth clean and good advise my previous dentist missed. If your looking for a dentist that is honest and professional, this is the one for you.

As long as I can remember I have hated going to the dentist but.....Sandeep and Jane make it a pleasure!! Their attention to details is second to none and any procedures are always clearly explained. Prevention is the name of the game and their advice has been invaluable, as well as me needing less and less fillings due to their oral hygiene advice. Sandeep, Jane and all the ladies on reception are always friendly, put me at ease and ready with a welcoming smile. I can't recommend them highly enough.

When I first visited the practice, I have never seen a dental practice like it! The waiting room is like a lounge where you can kick back and watch tv, drink mocha or a cappuccino and not hear those dreadful drills. Highly recommended as all staff are so friendly and professional.

The five stars imply "Loved it" - hard to say about a dentist - discomfort for the sake of pain relief (usually). Impressive business that has embraced the age and offers a high quality service, worth 5 stars for 'completely satisfied' customer experience.

As a nervous patient I was put as ease and helped to overcome my nerves at every visit. The standard of care is very high and all staff are friendly and courteous. While I am still nervous of dental treatment, I am hopeful that such a positive experience will allow me to have future treatment without sedation.
